First of all maid oufit and season 3 didnt got "delayed" in any way + they have different teams for different things. You may want to say it was "predictable" easy said after it lol. The truth is season 1+2 top 10 rewards were not a problem and were kept exclusive like the mount in season3. I bet if season 5 and 6 reward stuff like weapon no one would care either. Tbh I dont even mind if the minion achievement very grindy cause I didnt cared in the first place but lets hope they keep top 100 and future top10 rewards exclusive.
You are pointing to wrong things, i never talked about "first" release!
I was refering to US, EU and german release of getting the maid outfit.
Season 3 is from the informations we got that we will get it somehow later without being one of the top10
There were some other things delayed in ffxiv history, i dont track them all...
Dont forget those things they still have not added but promised it will come...
So for the maid outfit its just normal to get promotions somehow later than other countries. And for season 3 only the minion aka the top 10 reward will be available later this and next season. They plan to make the top 10 rewards for futures seasons like previous so no one will complain. "somehow" later you realise that the season 3 end at 3.55 therefore ofc the achievement doesnt come now. Lol
...
Maybe you should first read the discussion about the feast season 3 rewards in JP, FR, GER and US forum...
I get the feeling you either ignore or just didnt read what players written there.
And somehow i lost you, what exactly are you targeting against?
First you tried to correct me with "delaying" and failed, now you try what?!
I dont get it, because what devs said is clear, there is no misunderstanding, so what do you try to accomplish with that pinpointing on a fixed date?
Just a sidenote: Are you sure you know geographical locations of FR, UK and GER ?
You don't care, yet you posted a 202 word reply about stuff you don't care about... ????
What is your point, exactly? Are you saying SE can't manage and fix many errors/situations simultaneously? They're a business that, technically, has been running for 74 years (Enix being founded 41 years ago, Square 33 years ago, combined for 74 years of experience), I'm sure they know what they're doing and what they intend to do for the years to come.
And, personally, I wouldn't take advice from an individual who wished to return to 1.0 times purely because other people had an interest in paying SE for glamour.
Dude. Obviously I need to explain in other words. I care about pvp, mainly the feast, and am not happy with the negative impact all of this had on our small pvp/feast community. People in the top 100 quit the feast just because of this whole minion thing, and what Zhexos announced. Thats called having a negative impact, especially on our small community of players. That is all I care about cause I want the feast to stay alive. I pay to play the feast.
People didn't like our rewards getting removed like this, and they quit just to show that this is not ok. You cant just promise us special top 10 rewards and then suddenly remove them when some collectors come crying that they can't have them all now. Imo feast staying alive is much more important than the rewards themselves (or any freaking minion in general), this is why I had to reply. I personally do not care about the rewards at all, I care about the feast.
Get it?
A minion being removed is not gonna kill Feast. SE is looking out for themselves, especially if this was a big an outcry as it did get a response from SE, and I'm pretty sure the people who would want the minion are as sizeable as the PvP community. But in my opinion, there is no point to be being all doom-and-gloom about Feast because of a reward change. You still have the mount/titles which will attract players. Rewards are still there to provide incentive for others to continue playing the Feast. Sounds like a lot of drama over a non-issue.
