I think this is more likely to be #79 since it mentions standing on a stone and you have to stand on top of Thaliak's waystone. But it could be either. Has an excellent view of the Keeper of the Lake - the "twisted mass of metal and scale" mentioned in #80.

Confirmed, still worked at 1:15am~ so most likely its 6pm to 5am

/edit still worked at 2:50 am for a friend ^^
