That's not a skirt that's the Noct pants. They're short shorts + thigh highs with that red-stripy bit hanging in front.

Hmm, for arms/shields it's really hard to color coordinate as they themselves can't be dyed. You're right that most of the red/black weapons is the realm of the Maelstrom (see my Lieutenant's Trident), but if you're willing to forgo the shield you could consider the Bloodcry. It's a red two-handed cane that drops from the boss of Sunken Temple of Qarn.

...and there's also the High Allagan Crook from Second Coil Turn 4...

I am just looking for the wand right now. Maelstrom has a nice 2 hander atm. I just wish I could snag 1 from the other GC :/

Yeah I found that just a bit ago. :/ Nothing close to the Flame Lieutenant's Wand. Its black, looks cool, and even a bit like a sword.

The way the sleeves work on these, they kind of just stop just past the elbow, and this white frilly thing finishes the job to the wrist. Not really a fan, but most gloves tend to cover it. As a Lalla, I actually have much more leeway in this matter, but some of the lankier races will have trouble filling the space, or else the silhouette gets botched (and the #1 thing in character design is the silhouette). The Cashmere/Saurian was designed as a set, so it's a bit tricky deviating from it.

I personally like the swan set, but not the reindeer set.

For my Cashmere robe I used hard leather wrist guards. They're completely hidden under the sleeves leaving you look bare handed. Much better than gloves IMO.

*Is still ticked off that Smn get lame looking pvp armor* That Whm Swan set though, not too shabby.

If only I could use the Blm set instead. u.u Would have totally given me a good reason to actually do pvp. I did like, 3 matches on the first day pvp was introduced. Haven't touched it since. lol.. /sigh

Dunno how it is for other races, but i just tried it for lalla, and the wristguards sit under white sleeves.

Those are two of the newly added PVP armors. Not sure if the deer one is the Smn or Sch set because apparently they are slightly different. Whm is Swan.
