Gardening - Harvesting

I just harvested Gysahl Greens seeds from Sylkis Buds planted between 2 Krakka Root (using Grade 3 Thanalan soil on the Sylkis Buds).

Tried Chamomile+Krakka as well, and just gathered the Krakka Root so far since the Chamomile isn't ready yet. I managed to get Pearl Ginger Root from one and Curiel Root from the other, used Grade 3 Thanalan Soil on all of them.

I didn't get it from Krakka + Jute.
I haven't harvested Jute + Krakka yet.
Yes, G3 Thanalan and clockwise.

I'm strongly suspecting that Minion seeds are at least partially random. Partly because of the conflicting info already discussed above, and partly because of our own FC's experiences.

We planted Krakka Root + Mandrake, which by the above would have given a minion seed, but did not (I believe it gave us Mimett Gourd seeds, but am not completely certain off the top of my head.) Likewise another spreadsheet out there suggests that Azeyma Rose + Krakka Root gives Sylphis Bud seeds, while I got an Onion Prince seed (on the Rose plant itself) from that combo.

TL;DR: the minions need more testing, but I suspect there may be some randomness, so take the various combos with a grain of salt.

I'm running a very successful server-first-etc raiding FC over on Brynhildr. I'll have to make a character on Hyperion at some point and catch up there, as not to derail this thread further.

At last, Week 1's batch is complete. *shakes fist at Jute and Glazenuts*

Harvested Plant + Supporting Plant =
Jute + Krakka Seed = King Tomato
Glazenut + Krakka Seed = Prickly Pineapple
