Rep Response - 07/19/11 15min recast on warp.
Thread was started Nandatte about the warp costing 0 anima and 15 minutes recast and asking if players feel 15 minutes is too long or should of been like current (old way), in the thread some asked why does it need to be 15 minutes, and it doesn't help the crafters delivering to the NPC's for local levels.

デジョンのリキャストタイムについて開発チームと確認してきました。 デジョンのリキャストタイムを15分に設定した理由としては、少し遠出をしたときなど、1回の遊びを15分くらいと想定しており、街中や近場のキャンプ間 などでの使用は想定していないためです。
Checked with the dev team regarding the recast time on warp. The reason 15 minutes was set as recast time is because this should be used when you travel far and figured 15min per cast is about right, we didn't set this for within city or near by camps.
Rep Response - 07/19/11 recast time on arise too long
Smile started a thread regarding recast time for arise (rebirth?? in English?) being too long.

I think the recast time is too long and isn't useful at all.
I believe it was put in to adjust CON but if its only 1 time resurrection skill then wouldn't people use it as THM?
それに幻術にクラスチェンジしてアレイズセットしたら
1800秒待たないと準備が整わないとか・・・
If you switch class to CON and set arise wouldn't you have to wait 1800 seconds...

Talked with Matsui regarding arise's recast time. For arise, it is very powerful where you can come back to life without any death penalty and fight right back. And for that reason 30 minute recast time was set so it can be used once in one battle.
