This is my first game with the swarm, and so far, i'm very happy with my decision to join <(^_^)>
i'd recommend this group to anyone looking for friends to play games with

The social community is flat on Exodus. I've been looking to transfer servers. I may give you guys a whirl if you'll have me.

Check out our web site. You can get a pretty decent feel for who we are that way. Read the critical information docs.. or at least skim them. I admit that I registered and hung around the web site for some time before I finally filled out an app and joined. I am really glad I did. I love this community.

I luv the swarm. There's a lot of great people in this community :)

I have to say that the Sinister Swarm is an awesome group of people. Some may be intimidated by the idea that they've been a community for 14 years. How are you going to fit and become a part of that as a new member? Well let me tell you, this groups is incredibly inviting of new members and I have yet to feel as if I'm a tag a lot or a filler for an already established group. Their establishment as a community just makes the experience so much more that just another guild or FC.

One of my favorite aspects of SinisterSwarm so far is how many of the the experienced players in the group will drop everything they're doing to jump in and help whenever someone asks. It's incredible. I've seen that some in previous guilds/fc's but not like they do it in SinisterSwarm!

I also love how we are spread all over the world. Means if you are on to play, there is likely someone else on to play with you.

I'm right there with you! There has yet to be a day at ANY hour including wee hours that I've been the only one online. That is a great great feeling!

And that's just the people in attendance at the karaoke event itself, not counting anyone remaining in their game channels! That's one packed Ventrilo server at times, it seems. /agree that the FC, as well as the larger multi-game community at large, are both really quite fun. I know I'm probably biased and this is going to sound a little bit corny, but I think that for my own part, the Sinister Swarm community is the last "guild" I'll ever want/need with regard to MMO gaming across the board. This community loves camaraderie and fun almost more than the actual games they play at times, which is great IMO! It can be nice to know that you're not surrounded by tightly-wound super-serious gamers, all of the time, and actually enjoy the escapism from real-life vexation that video games provide.

Karaoke Night !!! lol... We have some great singers and others. The amazing thing to me is that these events aren't required. 75 people show up just to have fun with family and they do. It's not uncommon for them to last 4-5 hours. I would never have believed it if I hadn't seen it myself when I was new to the Swarm. When people told me about it, I thought they were kidding. They weren't. LOL

Awesome event to host, idk if you make it community wide, but i would advise you to do so. :>
used to affiliated with a guild that used to do the same thing. I never partook in it but it def did bring a sense of entertainment.

These guys are some of the most welcoming of people, which was exhibited while going through my New Bee process. I'll be attending the karaoke event to show off my musical prowess and would like to see a couple more New Bee's attend and have a good time with the group. Hail Swarm!

Hail Swarm, Knight Deadman here putting a shout out to all Swarmers, New/Old/Soon to bee. If you are ready for a community rather than just a guild, and are tired of drama killing the mood in your games, come check us out. We are very family oriented and have members ranging from 18 - 40 years old (and some even older :p ). Our roots run deep from the early years of Everquest, all the way into the future with ESO. So, I'm in my 2nd week here in the Sinister Swarm and lo' and behold I have to go take a day off of raiding for a surgery. The amount of support I've received from my fellow swarmers makes me feel like I've known them for two years, not two weeks. What an incredible group of people!

I wont say that Sinister Swarm is the Best there is ... But I will say that we put work into it.

I wont say that Sinister Swarm is first at everything .... but I will say we are not the last.

I wont say that Sinister Swarm is a Great Guild .... but I will say is that Sinister Swarm is a 14 year gaming community that stands the test of time

I wont say that Sinister Swarm Don't like to win (cause we do).... but I will say is that we value Friendships more that the game or the gear you wear.

Had a great meeting yesterday night, as we got to see many people give off lights shows, a pretty awesome raffle, and promotions! Always looking for more potential Swarmers to come and join us:D Our next big event will be Karaoke on Saturday, March 8th, where our theme will be 80's music followed by a open mic session where you can sing whatever you please! Come out and enjoy some good music or possibly joining in on the fun of singing!

This is a great place to call home. Lots of support in-game to get through content and become a better player. Also, a vast amount of resources available including forums and vent. If you want a place to have a great gaming experience, where you can play the way you want to play and get support doing it, then the swarm is for you. Don't be shy, say Hi!

Wow! Again, still falling for this community. I was supposed to be back from my surgery on Saturday but had some complications that put me back in the hospital. I received a lot of support from my FC and community members. I had members I hardly know at his point reach out in support. I'm telling you there is not place like this in all of Eorzea. Well, last night was our Community-wide meeting and Karaoke night. It gave us a chance to catch up on what the other Swarm chapters are doing and what's new in the various other games our members are playing. Karaoke was awesome. There is nothing better than great tunes, great friends and fun. Come and join our family!!

I really enjoyed our community meeting. It was nice to see what the the other chapters were up. Nice to hear about their accomplishments and future plans.

Another meeting down and good to see that we are growing as a community and within the game. 3 coil groups all at T4 or more, on our way to FC housing, in game lottery and an awesome group of people to play with. Thats amazing.

My HDD decided to die last week and finally I'm back. What was one of the first things I reinstalled after the absolutely necessary stuff? FFXIV and Vent. lol Lots of other stuff can wait but not my game nor my family. :) Missed all you guys while my comp was in the hospital.
