9/1 Login Difficulties NA/EU Not Fixed

Its 2pm pst and I have not been able to log back in since 11am! I have tried numerous times and still get the error "Unable to update NA/EU servers". We are getting updates saying issues were addressed but that is not the case.
Get some one in there that knows what they are doing. This has been an on going issue for 5 days and people are going to quick playing and not pay to play. Look I know in NA its Labor Day Monday but you all better get us an update on this issue.

To many people are complaining that they are not being heard. I think a moderator or someone from SE needs to address us and give us some sort of reassurance that issues are being worked on and give us a specific time n date as to when this all will be fixed.

Please give us something!!

I got in after waiting 3 hours through relaunching the game when the launcher crashed, relaunching the game when the "Start" button was greyed out, waited through 1017 errors over 200 times, finally got in on a random try, But guess what, I tried to teleport, and a little 90000 error decided to pop it's ugly head, NOW I'VE DONE IT FOR ANOTHER 3 HOURS, GOD THIS IS ADORABLE, LET'S JUST IGNORE THE FACT THAT PEOPLE CAN'T PLAY ARE GAME, LET'S NOT EVEN REPLY WITH A "SORRY" THIS TIME LOLOLOLOLOL ......

They are not going to let this keep happening. They are going to fix this as soon as they can.

Also if the genius's that stayed logged in would get out when they are done that would help. Of course if you have nothing better to do but sit on a game 24/7 then ok. Mom will have dinner ready soon

Actually they are playing the game and having fun while you are spending hours trying to log in. IMO that's genius.

3 hours of 1017... i only have my weekends to play. not acceptable.

3:10 GMT and still the errors... Must be a skeleton crew working at SE on a Sunday...

Like I said if the whiners would just leave that would help. Empty threats

Think I am just going back to D3. Even that allowed you to log in and play....

Started trying to login at 3:55 in now 4:14 20 minutes, wow I'm upset

I'm just having problems even having the NA/EU server list come up. It must be a weird server issue because I don't live far from where people say the servers are housed. I can connect fine to JP servers though. I may just give up for today and play Minecraft on 360 as I've been trying to log in now (on and off) for 8 hours.

Just keep trying but every so often exit then try again

hmmm 3 hrs of 1017 login server fail no start button lobby errors and getting kicked twice after finally getting into the server queue (still don't understand how that works)...
and thats only AFTER the system announcement saying login problems were fixed

Game is so hard to play during prime time that you can see why people are abusing the ability to afk in game

What about us who have made very good financial choices in life? What if those choices allowed us to be able to sit 24/7 on a game or vacation where and when we want to. What about us? Do we not get the choice to do what we want with our time? Can we not enjoy our hobby to its fullest realization...? Wait we cant ....poorly handled server issues will stop that.

I agree and I am one as well, but the game just launched 6 days ago. If you made good choices, and I applaud you for that, then you know that being patient is part of that right ?
I guess I may be different because I am 57 years old and have grown into patience !

My sister was in, was doing a guildleve and she got a 90000 error - she has been trying to log back in to no avail.
Myself personally, I have given up on filing support tickets.

Server goes down at about 2pm for me.
Can't access server list.

Nothing from square all day until 7:30pm when they say there is an issue and say it started at 6pm

2 hours later square declare it fixed, although it isn't, still can't update server list.

Their solution is for us to stop playing. Right, ok. Can I have my game days back please? I haven't been able to log in hardly since launch.

Yes I agree 100%. I am 31 years of age a mere pup in the face of patience. My young blood burn with questions tho. The forumns were bustling with praise and great word of mouth being spread throughout the interweb back in phase 3. It feels as if no mind was paid to that.. I know if I test a new product through various markets and I get that kind of response...i would surely prepare. Just bugs me, not being able to do what I want and mot have a real awnser for it.

meh. I havent been able to login for the past 5 hours. Its been, Server Full, Server Full, cant load NA servers list, logout, log back in, repeat. Now I cant evenget the play putton to appear. lol Guess this means I actually have to do homework now. :P

just find it odd, either the JP Groups load, and the Na/Eu ones don't, or the NA/EU ones do an JP ones dont.... but can't get into the NA/EU ones, but can first try on the JP ones....

figure its where its so early on the JP side the world.

Prob def ain't fixed. Got kicked from it hours ago porting trying to do my story quests... its definitely getting annoying. The apartment does look nicer though with all this time not spent on the game... but my addiction is kicking in and I'm jonesing bad. lol.

Before I was kicked from game though, was a guy talking about he had been afk since Thursday and was still in game.... was like... really? I mean I know trying to get in sucks, but if your gone that long, might as well turn off the dang comp. lol. all the electricity wasted. @_@

anywho... I just wanna play. may go dive into my box of icecream and pull up another Netflix vid to ease my pain. lol.

Sorry patience does not exist after spending 6 hours trying to log on. my time is limited. while trying to log in i did finish things i needed to do irl. However i would be put in a que then server, log in, and everything else would go down. This is unacceptable. I am irate, lived, and annoyed. if it's not one thing it's another messing up on the servers. Did they not plan for this? did they think only 10 people would buy the game? come on. they didn't plan well for this game and it took forever for it to come out on the ps3. I work so when i have time off i wanted to enjoy it playing. if you noticed no gm or forum manager has replied to anyone. they all need to be fired. customer service sucks. yesterday it was they same problems and they said they fixed it.... do they need to be fixing it every day. effing annoying. Sorry i am pissed. 6 hours to try to log in, and i still haven't got in. these were the worst people to put together a game. I do want a refund. i would rather pay for a game where i don't sit 6 hours trying to get in. I work so i can't be up trying to always get in.

I'm a new parent with very little playtime. Had a small window to log in and still the same inability to get the NA server list. This is really hard on adult players.

Cannot get world list for NA/EU at all. Server and character as in profile.

No wonder most people aren't logging out.

Powering the computer on/off consistently uses more energy than staying on. Constant on/off also causes computers to lose integrity & when offline patches/hot-fixes cant be downloaded.

Such a bunch of lies, computer lose integrity with the increase in friction and heat, a gpu in particular is prone to wear after prolonged times of use, not to mention how quickly your screen burns out when idle. My electrical bill will attest to the fact that keeping a computer off when not in use, uses less energy.

claimed to be fixed, still NA/EU servers are unavailable, server status says online, but no one I know is able to play.

Stop saying they are fixed when they are not, how can you expect people to pay for this when even the early access was not even up.
