Same error occasionally broken up with not being able to see NA/EU servers.

Hehe, i love all the "this is getting ridiculous" messages. This whole release is a big ridiculousness. They release this damn game for the 2nd time and they got the same problems as with 1.0. S-E you are a big fail. This isnt tolerable. All the fanboys who say "all the mmo's have problems in 1st 2 weeks". Played all the major and not so major mmorpg launches since UO and this one is the worst ever and you know what, 1.0 is right after this one. Get your shit together Square, 50% of your customers are squares because they cant be there.

Support kinda suck... much worse than in FFXI.
For me it's unacceptable to get no response from SE team whole day and no solution for a week.
I already paid for next 60 days and now i see it was mistake. Could use that money for more vodka. I'm paying and i can not play. It could be acceptable as alpha version - not retail.

I'm on cactqur, I choose my character, it will go to loading screen then give me error 10102 (connection with server was lost) every time I choose my character.

Yep, Moogle world too - error code 10102. Why release the game if you can't even firetrucking play it? I want my money back.

For the 10102 error, not sure if this will help anyone (it worked for me!) but I was curious and went to the loadstone and selected the "Home" button on the top right and then clicked the last top button "Active character settings". Once in that area "IF" you have another character on another server just select "Log In" on it and then after a couple seconds click on the "Log In" for the character you actually want to get into. Then load the actual game and try to get on, you should be qued if its full and viola! Hopefully this works for some of you T_T

Gonna go ahead and bump this, I'm getting 10102 on Cactaur aswell. Can't get in whatsoever.

now i can't log in to NA servers, keep getting the 10102 error.

You are letting People buy the CE like drops and then i cant play for days now. Why not SHUTTING down your SHOP if no one can create chars and play, eh? Wouldnt that be the right way?
Not only German Law makes you very sueable for this shit, did you know that? I cant read my playtime gets saved anyhwere, you were selling me a service and clearly stated "30Days Playtime", that was on top of the game software license.

I even needed someone to make me a character while im at work, because even in the night hours your servers are down/not rly playable.

I played 2 short time periods. Hell im not even able to create an alt to bridge the time inb4 my partym8s arrive. Because i cant create another char on a server even if i already have one there.

You burned 5.5 Days out of 7 days paid playtime for me, and still your servers are down. This is ridicilous, you are so close to loose your 2nd chance, and all the development money, your time to do something, nao!

I'm in - it seems fixed on behemoth.

Also occurring for me on Moogle - haven't been able to get in for the last 30 min or so... If they don't fix these issues soon (or at least start communicating a little better) then I will have to start thinking about if I will subscribe after my free 30 days which is a shame as I have been enjoying so far... :-(

Edit: unable to currently load any EU/US servers in the list - only Asian ones

I'm going to try something similar to this and report back if successful, I have a legacy character and will try logging in as them. This makes a lot of sense because I was disconnected when my ISP cycled my internet connection. Trying to log back in I keep receiving 10102. I will try this and let you know if successful.

Same error for Cactuar

On Ultros server here. Was locked out by 10102 for about an hour and a half and was just able to get back in a few minutes ago.

It is going to be 4 hours I cannot enter the game. #fckthemall

Thanks it worked! You're a lifesaver!

I think it's working as intended. It puts a few minutes between log-in attempts by their customers instead of a few seconds. It's a bad solution to the issue of congestion, considering that the only reason people make multiple login attempts is because the game is not queuing people... but the fact that the error numbers cycle like that seems to be by design rather than actual errors.

If any of the people handling the servers are reading this, the solution to stabilize the servers is to let people queu up on every login into a world. People will wait their turn. But if you make it seem like it's a random error, people are going to keep trying to log in until they get 'lucky'.

That fix doesn't work because all of my characters on the server I want to get in don't show up in the Lodestone at all.

I attempted this, must be a pc-only solution. I did the log in on my laptop, and attempted exiting and re-entering the game, and no dice for me. Thanks for trying to help though. :)
