I really like the Final Fantasy music, so I usually just turn off my iPod dock while playing, and listen to it. My favorite song would have to be Gridania or the outdoor regions in Thanalan. If I am listening to my iPod, I usually listen to some soundtrack songs from Zelda, Super Mario Galaxy or other Nintendo games. If it's main-stream stuff you want, I love Boston, especially More Than a Feeling (I always play it at least once when I sit down and listen to music.)

I love music threads, how have I missed this one until now? I nearly always have some music going, whether I'm in the shop turning wrenches, or sitting at the computer procrastinating before doing some bookkeeping (like right now). I listen to a lot of metal (among other things), but I contend Load was a better album than Master of Puppets, so I'll just let that be an indicator of my overall tastes.

I've been really digging the new one from Norma Jean (Wrongdoers) recently, but their label is yanking everything off Youtube. You'll just have to trust me that it's fantastic. :D In the meantime, let's have some older Norma Jean:
