that would take time to fix the stats and combat there not broken they just making a new one. They adding new NM and Gear because players are bored out of there minds. So why not give player something while they want for the overall fix.

Lol, dont summon trolls! :) they will eat you as thanks. I hope they do make some NM encounters easier. Sure 3 r50 THM can do Dodore (seen it happen) or 1 R50 Thaum can do goblin. but ya know... we cant all be thaums.
Edit: I take that back, we can all be thaums.... lol.
3 mediocre THMs, or 1 really good one:

Adjustments to the behest schedule.
what's that mean, now behest every 30 min??
I predict all/most of the questions will be answered on Thursday.
As a THM with a solo/tank build, I would be completely shocked if we're not nerfed at the end of this update.
well, really only Emulate needs some nerfing. Everything else seems to be fine, honestly. The thing that makes Dodore and Goblin so easy is that you virtually take no dmg from attacks that would normally inflict 300-375DMG.
YAY for thursday update \o/
WAIT! Does that mean BelgianRofl will... *gulp*... stay?
Man, I'm not one to hold harsh feelings against another, but that guy was annoying lol
WELL, I'm pretty thrilled with this patch, and the party system will help each person have its role on battle.
I'm anxious to see the behest adjustments too.
Come on, patch notes XD
Wow, a lot of unknowns but this patch looks really promising! I am excited about the new NM's and new gear (oh please be more than just stuff from new NM drops!), and very curious about how behests and party buffs will work. Kinda sad about the reduced party size though, sometimes we have 9+ people in NM fights but we don't have enough people to split into two groups.
And it'd be awesome if the collision detection thing might mean that we don't get stuck on little one foot ledges. ;)
Over Hype = Lot of anger and rage posts later.
3 wise words.
KEEP EXPECTATIONS LOW.
Then if you are lucky you can be a bit surprised.
I'm loving the sound of this patch. roll on 14th april :D
I love you SE D:
I always look forward to the patches. Its always good that the game is progressing. And I know I will get creamed for this but I'm looking forward to the Easter stuff. I like all the holiday games it just gives me something new to do and get cute gear.
As much as I like more information, I'm SICK and tired of them telling us about the patch 2-3 days befoer they release thgem, just release them already.....because the wait kills me :> I want to see whats in it now, and now we have to wait a day and a half heh :>
It's off topic, but I don't want to start a thread for a simple question : i'm french and `behest` translation from google don't make sense. Can someone tell me what behest mean in other words?
And who was the person saying that the dev only do facebooking or something, and the one who was sure that the devs doing ONLY easter event?
You could always stop hoarding items. Start vendoring some of that stuff, I level almost every class on a regular basis and I have a few dozen spots open. If I vendored mats I'm holding onto for other people, I'd probably have upwards of 50 spots lol.
Vendoring items is a waste of money when they can be sold to players at far higher prices.
Selling to players is a slow and time consuming process due to the 10 slot limit on bazaars, and because I'm on a low population server (due to latency reasons) where not many people are actually looking to buy the things I'm selling; whether because they already have them, get them from guildmates, or because they already have classes at 50, or also because there's almost no new people joining the game.
Selling said items would be counter intuitive when I need them for crafting; as I raise every single crafting class. Why get rid of 150 different materials then end up having to buy them at 5x the price later when you need them?
Can you see my point now? I don't care if "gil is worthless". I'm not 50, I'm not rich, I'm on a low population server which doesn't have many items in stock and ones that do cost a lot more than a high population server, and I've been a packrat my entire life.
Aside from that, SE said before release that we would be able to purchase retainers. Half a year later and we're still not able to. And on that note; why are we purchasing additional storage and even characters for real money, more per month at that instead of 1 time purchases, when other P2P MMOs include multiple character slots and multiple ways to get more space for a flat rate of $15 at most per month? I can't believe SE is trying to go the same route as FFXI again with their payment processes. I'm actually only considering buying a retainer until they do add better storage ability to the game, but obviously I can't even do that!
Also, it'd help if +material items weren't so stupidly common that they take up 30% of my stored materials.
TL;DR: No, and SE shouldn't charge money AGAIN for services included with the monthly fee in other games.
You have to make sacrifices when it comes to space. If you only have 1 of something, chuck it. If you have only a few of all these + items, chuck them. Not necessarily throw away but get rid of in some manner. I honestly don't even hold onto most + items just because I know I need the space for other things.
Is it just me, or did I see the producer's letter correctly? I swear he said something about a new class. <.< Someone confirm this.
