I know we are all getting the 3102 error and are putting our info in here... do we know if anyone is using this info to resolve the problem? Or are we all just hoping for someone to see this and help us out?

I think we are all just frustrated and hoping someone sees it. During Beta phase 4 they had a thread for 3102 made by a Dev stating for players to put their character name and server

This is ridiculous. I see her on but obviously she isn't and it says she's in "Another World." But when she tries logging on, it's telling her na/eu servers are down even though they're not. She did get the 3102 error before that though.

Has anyone been able to get in after a 3102 error in the past 6 hours?

I've been stuck out for the past 3 hours, some friends have logged in past a 1017 error though.
