Yup. Don't know why they put any level restrictions in the forums above 20, when it mostly just keeps non-legacy beta testers from starting threads. In the words of Yuffie, "差別！差別！！！" (for the uninitiated, 差別 = discrimination).

I'll see you this weekend. Since I work 6 days a week and didn't get the vacation request I wanted, I only get to play a few hours a day.
