Seems like the lighting around the leve counter is missing and the plate armour/metallic armour lacks shine, looks a bit like plastic. Hm.

Did you read what I said ? I was talking about the devs and Yoshida, they can't disclose just any bit of info as they want. Besides, there are reasons behind the lack of info. I'll let you imagine what they are.

That said, I don't get why people get so impatient, especially now that the beta is around the corner and they're going to be able to experience all of that for themselves.

Yeah totally no new info in this post whatsoever, its not like we just got confirmation of a mob that wasn't announced yet for ARR or that the succubus type mob will be in the beta.

I miss games with cheat codes honestly lol. Square games always had a Dev room hidden somewhere either in-game or through codes xD.

Now we need a dungeon with a hidden Dev room full of dev mobs.

I remember reading some JP's asking for this and be able to fight the devs/reps in that specific room like they did in I think was FFIV. Also 'the book' that changes the BGM and screen pink... lol

At risk of turning this into another "sexy armour" thread, I'm all for some sexy armour. Keyword some. I love the fact that the big heavy armours are so huge that you can't even tell the gender of the person wearing it underneath.

Just as it should be.

The render of Chimera looks 100000000x better then 1.0.

Would be nice if each race put their own spin on the armor models. Highly likely not to happen though considering how much work would need to go into making separate models.

And that monster is defintely just a reskinned Ahriman.

This is an Ochu or Raflesia type monster (FFX variety). I remember seeing a variation of these in the live letter and black shroud videos. It looked suspiciously like the FFXI version.

No, Beta will have ALL jobs. What you mentioned was Alpha. Beta 1-4 will have all jobs

How will you become a DRG in Phase 1? you will be a lancer! ^_^, As you would need level 30LNC and a level 15PUG to start the dragoon quest :(
