He needs all the support and energy he can get. Seriously hope after launch his team takes a nice break, refocuses, then continues. We don't want a exhausted to death Yoshi.

Everyone here on the Community Team is finalizing preparations to head out to San Francisco to lend a hand in the media tour, and Yoshi-P (and Foxclon!) just arrived at our office. Before leaving Japan, he posted a short message I'd like to share with you all. :cool:

Glad they made it there safely! Hope your office buys them some REAL pizza while they are there! (the pizza in the blog post looked really good though)

Conversely, it doesn't matter if they over-promise and under deliver since the SE apologists and boot lickers can never really be displeased anyway.

I don't know if I would go as far as to say "go take a vacation, Yoshi-P", though I would very much love to. It's clear the man is really putting his heart and soul into this reboot. I just worry about the months following the launch of ARR, perhaps more than the beginning itself. I know they'll have things planned well in advance, but I can't help but feel they should have him around.

In any case, I hope he does get some kind of break, no matter how brief. Stay happy, stay healthy. While he's really giving this project everything he has, and we all respect him for it, no game is worth sacrificing your own well being over.

I appreciate that SE is showing no favoritism toward any one nation in the world but is releasing media globally at the same time. The little things mean a lot.

Edit; Everyone needs time to relax and reset in order to function at their best, I hope Yoshi and his team get some good reset time so that we can have the best game possible in the future.
