i got holy shield and cant use it so logged out for a bit

Brd Af for me.

3rd attempt: Mnk Relic
4th attempt: Duplicate Gae Bolg ~~99 serpent tracers
5th attempt: Duplicate Bravura ~~ 1 roost biscuit

I got Bravura, Thyrus and Artemis so far in that order. Gonna see what I get next soon.

Literally have all of the relics except the one that I want the most or can actually use (Bravura).

My three tries. Gae Bolg, Artemis, Siphari, gotta catch them all ........

Holy Shield, Curtana, Sphairai, Stardust rod, Bravura

Waiting for that bow.

Did you log out as the same job all 3 times.

What I discovered (either that or this is a VERY weird coincidence) is you'll get the weapon for the job you log out as (Unlyess you already have it)

When I first logged in, I was my monk, and got my monk relics. Then I logged out as monk again, logged in and it gave me Paladin relic (My pld is lvl 40)

So I logged out as Black Mage...just logged back in and got the blm relic. Now I've logged out as whm, and going to see if I get the whm relic in 30 mins.

Logged back in (yes I was on WHM the whole time) and got Gae Bolg, put it on, logged out, 30+ mins later, another Thyrus (flame tracers) lol

I think they should add exp to the mobs to where if you performed an action, every kill gives 10-100k exp (or heck first kill gives 1m exp and sets you to 50). I already have all at 50, but why not let people who don't get to play around.

Tracers > Thyrus > Artemis Bow > Sphairai > Curtana > Sphairai(tracers) > Gae Bolg > Bravura > Holy Shield

I just wanted my Gae Bolg T_T Might aswell go for the rod >.>;

I can use them all but Gae Bolg and Thyrus was the only 2 I truly wanted. Only missing Stardust Rod and Holy Shield

Argh it tried to give me MNK relic but my INV was full. I forgot I filled it up before final save so that some of my inv can be on NPC >.>

I am having pretty decent luck so far, only 1 dupe and 1 dud out of 7 weapons, now just need the stardust.

Let's see....Bravura, then Artemis Bow, then Stardust Rod, then went to bed. Will try some more when I return tonight from work.

lol yeah, it was just coincidence for me then. When I logged back in, it gave me another stardust rod...but when I logged in again, I got the thyrus...so weird

Is there a trick to this? I got bravura the first time but it dropped since I already had it. Since then I log out and check my bed every hour or so and I don't get anything when I do examine, not even an update saying you find nothing or w/e

You need to select the bed and hit 'exit the game' so your character goes to sleep. Leave the game for a minimum of 30mins, 35~40 is safe!

That's the weird part, I'm doing that and usually waiting an hour in between attempts, still nothing

That's really odd D: because when you exit the game like that you'll be 'refreshed after a sound night's sleep' when you check it after 30mins or if you check too soon it'll say 'The bed looks warm and inviting' ><. Have you tried at another inn?

I only just found out about this but neat ^_^ Just got a curtana. Can't use it unless we get PL'ed by the mods but hey, it's still a pretty paper weight.

Edit: Eek, my whole history of weps in this post disappeared as I added my last one ~_~ Well, anyhow, I did get the Stardust rod I wanted and all the others. Thank you whoever did this ^_^ I am not really a combatant so this will probably be the only time I get to use the pretty relics. In 2.0, they disappear and I get back to crafting and gathering where I belong.
