I think Taru's with their darkened nose and over sized head look like a shaved Koala.
And that Ain't a good look.
Lala's look much better.

But opinions are just like earholes.. Every one has one.

kind of agree and disagree. Lalas not running look better than taru.. but when they run.. it's just creepy.

I think Lalafells are fine as they are. Tartarus tend to look cartoonish in comparison to the other races. The more realistic proportions of a Lalafell was a nice breath of fresh air.

especially when they run, its like balerina leaps doing a complete splits in mid air only to land and repeat. That annoyed me soooooo much, thats why when I lost my taru I remade as Hume.

I think the Lalafells look fine the way they are. Now that I think back on Tarutarus though, I feel their heads were a little too big. It was practically half the size of their entire body... ^^;

Same. I think it's also very cute how they run. I can stare at my Lala's running animation all day, and in the end would still think it was cute. lol

I definitely enjoy how Lala are more humanized in their design now. I use to think taru were so cute, but after XIV, they just look sort of creepy now, sort of like walking scarecrows.

like i said, its not much of a problem for me, and so i don't see any reason why it should be changed.
Theres no way you can like everything about an mmo anyways. And these things are not worth being changed only because some ppl dont like it that much or think it should look a bit different.

It took a while to get used to the look of the Lalafells but I've grown to appreciate their design, it fits them and they look just as adorable as their Tarutaru counterparts, but just as Tarutarus have little to no knees, Lala's have little to no wrists ^_^ but i love them all the same.

Seriously tho I like the Lalafell design way over the Tarutaru wich are cute too but their heads are too big :P LOL

lol agreed. I was basically trying to say this a few pages back. That is not even the thought process of lalafell users. I was a female Taru in XI and I enjoyed it because it felt like I was breaking stereotypes. This tiny female being that can perform offensively just as well as the big guys.

Lalafells look actually better than tarus, and the wider customization choices definitely make them look anything but a race of kids.
