Did you ever bother to read the maintenance notification?? Its scheduled to remain under maintenance for another hour still. Giving us the notes and letting us download the patch doesn't mean the servers are back up and running. Why are you angry that its running perfectly on time according to the schedule?

Maybe it will.. just they don't want to tell you it's coming in this patch :P. Or maybe perhaps they are planing for that to come during the grand finale.

I know it's a lot to ask sometimes, but reading up on patch notes and maintenance notices before you say anything on the forums would be the best thing to do.

Perhaps it's because of maturity, but it really isn't neccesary to be so sarcastic to a person's question. Taking the time to be so negative, is worse then a person not checking the maitenence update information.

Things like that simply don't fly in the real world, or work force. At least not upper level positions and management in large business.

A simple. "It was posted on the Lodestone page", is sufficient, or no comment at all, and certainly not followed by more sarrcasm fit for middle school children,, unless you are then perhaps there is an excuse. These forums ar filled with wasted pages of more stupid attacks and sarcasm, then silly questions.

Children (not neccesarely by age) will be sarcastic very quickly.

Nope. ARR, highly doubt they're modifying any of the current maps to that extent.

Lets look at the bright side, this could be a good thing. If the devs take note of this they can avoid another accident.

The new 2.0 Client should have patch notes, and maintenance notice on it.

True, you can't openly laugh at people's blatant stupidity out in the real world. And that is was the real world is a dark sad place that is not any fun to be in.

And people being disappointed about the size of the patch - it's a lettered patch for a reason. In truth, the lettered patches that came with content have been so out of the norm with regular patches that they may as well have been a whole numbered patch - lettered patches typically won't even add content or changes to the world. We've been spoiled too much, it seems.

Especially since this is the end, and for all we really know, these patches could mostly just be to 'activate' stuff that was already implemented. Such as, a lot of dat files usually get crammed in during the initial patch, and yet the items and such from them don't see any light until a lettered patch down the road. And like I said before, they usually DON'T announce the live events. I've yet to see a live event that SE outright announced.
