they literally are gender locked variants? i don't think it's inaccurate. there's hardly a difference between a set having gender variation forced in and two matching sets that are only equippable by one gender each, and they're not separate conversations, so why not use the same term for both brevity and cohesion? it's not like it's causing any confusion.

Then what would you propose to call it, O great sage of the forums?

If they're going to keep making the male and female versions of these outfits different can they at least show off both versions to begin with so we can temper our expectations? This wouldn't be the first time they've shown off the female version first only for the male version to be disappointing in comparison.

I hope it's not gender locked. Seeing that it's obtained by Trophy Crystals.. They can add two versions that dye differently. Similar to what we have with Universal gear.

The male version is disappointing most of the time so they don't want to show it early I guess. They just hate male characters. At least this is how I feel about it.

I'm upset about that too but at least there is a beanie for Miqo's to use but it's locked behind the Leisurewear glam on Mogstation.
