Yes let us buy them, and no leaving anyone out, let all regions obtain them. Either let us buy them, or add them as part of the legacy benefits (works well now because people can't join legacy just for the shirt.)

I need this shirt, its one reason why I was put on this earth. I want need everyone I see to know I survived meteor.

They better not be giving/selling em at gamescom, and saying FU to the legacy players. If people at gamescom get them legacy players should as well, seeing as we will be the ones that survived meteor.
