Crystal Tower raids should moved to Main Scenario Roulette

What kind of player that got unlocked the Alliance Raid Roulette?

The things is many player unlocked Alliance Raid Roulette after finish CT raids and only CT raids.

If the Alliance Raid Roulette unlock requirement, is complete all the current existing alliance raid, the CT fest will definitely decreased.
But then, the Alliance Raid Roulette queue will downright horrendous because newer player might not know such roulette exists at all.

Same reason why ARR/HW dungeon is much more prominient in both leveling roullete and 50/60/70/80 level dungeon roulette, you have the free trial players thanks for that.

So, it's pretty much a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" scenario for CBU3

In all honesty, with the amount of roulettes and the fact that new roulettes release each expansion and they're added to the roulette system and it's flooded each expansion. . .yeah, I'm willing to bet that the Alliance Roulette will be popping off exactly as much as it currently is. The roulette's frequency won't suffer because the requirements forces players to unlock at least 1 raid per expansion they have access to.

It's really make you wonder how many Alliance Raid these players has unlocked BESIDE CT when they queuing for Alliance Raid Roulette.
