I have to agree haha! Seriously, it was embarassing watching it on streams; was I watching an rpg or a disney movie made for 8 year olds?

I actually don't mind it. Maybe I'm just too enamored with the idea of one of my favorite rpgs from my childhood being brought back to life in greater detail. But, I do understand how people could dislike it too. It's changed quite a bit to say the least.

Yeah, without a doubt. The amount of detail and depth that went into BG3 was astonishing. You can find a random npc in the corner of the map somewhere and it would be fully voice acted. You just don't find that kind of effort in games anymore these days.

Citizen, I heard from a news article that Baldur's Gate 3 used 248 different actors for motion capture, and I'm also pleased that there are no Lalafells in it either. It is one haven the Lalafell Menace cannot infest.

Think they might consider adding "the playerbase's respect" to that recognition of extraordinary losses?
