What are the things you really enjoy about the game?

Well I just did my first roleplay on ffxiv , It was godly amazing it made me so happy

No matter what mmo I play, leveling and quest progression is what I enjoy the most and always been my main motivation. While I've played since the middle of SB, only at the end of ShB I managed to cap all the jobs and crafters minus BLU. This is because I take my time with it and make use of content that contributes to the leveling process (unlocking and maxing every beast tribes and custom deliveries). And yes, maxing squadrons and trusts also counts as my primary goal.

My second motivation is collecting and trying optional battle content.
Now that I'm left with 3 more jobs to 90, I've branched out in trying the current EX as well as working towards collecting old EX and savage mounts. I know most people would do EX/Savage after getting a main to max while leveling alt jobs on the side, but my brain doesn't work that way. xD (plus time constrain on my end)

Among other things that are in my list is completing sightseeing logs, fishing logs, shared fates, climb PotD/HoH... In general, there are a lot of things that I can go back and do whenever I'm done with my current goals. That's what keeps me going.

Yep! Miqo'te is the actual best race in the game. Mooncats especially. :cool: They look the best in most hairs in the game, most outfits, and have the best animations. Oh, and the best hempen top. The only problem is SE doesn't give them enough attention. We need EAR HOLES in our hats, and tails to be acknowledged. :D

I really enjoy how I can interact with the story, character lore, and I really enjoy the freedom I feel compared to other MMO's. My WOL can be.... anything. And they still feel like they fit into the world and the story. I really really enjoy that.

I also really enjoy the combat, I would say it's even my favourite out of any MMO I have ever played. It feels intuitive, it's fun, it works well for me. Of course I have minor things I might like improved but... not what this thread it about!!

I LOVE, LOOOOOVE trials. It is one of my favorite things to do in this game, to spam them over and over and just get a different, surprise trial because of duty finder. From ARR to EW, whatever I get I 99% have fun with (Especially now with the QOL changes to early trials, thank you for making bismark hard all that much better!~)

I find myself always coming back, because of how the glam looks to the combat itself.

Hell, I even have an Archon tattoo on my neck. Good game.
