Yeah I genuinely don't understand why anyone cares about rank in this quarter-assed game mode at all. None of it fucking matters since the 'team' doesn't listen to the english speaking community anyway lmao.

I would kill for actual communications the baby mode chat wheel is so watered down it's almost useless. If someone's gonna be toxic let them be toxic and get dealt the punishment. There isn't any pvp game taken even remotely seriously that has this neutered of a chat.

That's how tier ranking works, the more you climb, more skilled players you encounter, until you find people that is normally better than you and then your skill by average make you lose more than win and you get stuck in that tier.

This is true for the tiers where you're fighting people of your own skill level. In the lowest riser of plat tho, you get people intentionally deranking to fight bad players. The same sort of issue happens in diamond where when you're too low in diamond, you only play plat players, but the second you get above diamond 5, you're constantly fighting top 100 crystal players. The actual diamond tier doesn't exist because most matches are populated with primarily plat or crystal players.
