That’s primarily the point, easy to balance across content and having to be something to think about after all the instant casts go out and while building up Heat. My document goes into extensive detail about it but it would help fill up a lot of the dead space on the job currently. Blast Charge is just the catalyst for everything else to fall into place.
You could also have a side combo like GNB which could be the 1 2 3.
It could be on 2 charges, 30s CD.
The idea would be that this combo is a DPS gain but Hypercharge remains the best option during raidbuff.
In practice, the rotation would consist of jungling with "Burst phases" without missing any while also respecting Drill, Battery Drill and AoE Drill.
That would reduce the amount of blast charge.
Of course that's an idea thrown randomly, there is probably many other better idea that can keep the 1 2 3 combo.
The point is to show that we don't necesseraly need to get rid of the 1 2 3 or that the rotation must be reduced to 1 1 1.
