I think the biggest issue for me is there's absolutely nothing to manage in the job, even compared to ShB where you at least manage your DoTs and your Egi Assault stacks.
There's really no point in having the job gauge anymore, never really has since ShB.
At least with RDM they manage their black and white mana, for BLM while it's not much, they still manage their Polyglot stacks.
