I doubt it. Everything ive read makes it sound like this(whatever the change ends up being) is coming in 6.1 so theres no reason for them to talk about it until at a minimum the january-ish live letter with the first peak at 6.1. They probly havent made all the decisions about how to handle it yet anyway.
