PLD doesn't need another source of Refresh, not at the moment anyways. At this current point in time, all battles, even Garuda, don't take long enough to completely drain you of all your MP resources.

Do you have infinite MP as PLD? No. Nor should you. You have to ration and maintain your MP pool. You shouldn't be allowed to spam cures on yourself for the entire duration of a ten minute fight. Cover and outmaneuver are excellent tools in themselves, and being augmented by a BRD and potions will certainly help.

There are so many other glaring issues with PLD, and MP should not be the one at the top of the list.

no you are right that pld shouldnt have unlimited mp. But like during ifrit for instance . IF someone comes on a DD. i use them to rampart and use cure on them when they get hit by aoes so whm can focus on me. and curing them gives an extra emnity gain but doing so makes me run out of mp. but alittle help from a small refresh so i could through up a heal if im out and i happen to get that 5 mp i ne3ed to cast it. thats what i mean.

and i know im gonna get the flame bat for this but look at 11. Pld had the same problem with mp cause they spammed cure in that game to. and gave them a refreesh for whiched hps pld out alot.

I'm not sure where this "We PLD only gained 10-50 HP" nonsense came from. I FINALLY was able to log into my pld to find my HP had increased by ~190. Im estatic now since my HP now hits alittle over 4K in a party with food. Although I wouldnt mind 50-100 more HP to bridge the HP gap a little more =).

If SE slightly increases our max HP a little more and fixes wardrum not to hold hate against old world teir II 250? THM/CNJ nukes damage aoe nukes, PLD may reach happiness =).

This is another major issue with PLD imo, our stat's for AA/WS dmg are STR/MND while these do nothing for dmg reduction and/or blocking. If the stats were say DEX/VIT, DEX/MND or VIT/MND we could make proper builds for tanking and get the most of our shield. If I stack DEX/VIT atm I lose a lot of dmg and don't gain enough dmg mitigation to make up for it.

Tanks within the generality of mmos have always had to ballance their tanking/hate holding stats to be effective. PLD uses VIT DEX MND and PIE (although currently broken?) for survival. But, I pretty much placed all my allocation points into VIT and MND; I wear a DEX ring and sentinal gaunlets w/ DEX materia. Piety's effect is still too unstable for consideration and would require extensive testing and lots of triple melded magic eva on boots and helm for possible effectiveness(?). I do not give STR the light of day at the moment.

I beleive Mind may have a more powerful impact on some of our WS damage than we realize. I tend to hit pretty hard with my WS's with 270 mind.
