Didn't Yoshi P mention the stubble in one of the recent interviews? Something like being looked at?

I'd like some fViera hair options. Some short hair options and shoulder length options specifically. I tend to prefer hair styles that do not clip with gear which knocks out almost all of the hair options viera have. Literally only like 2 options are short everything else is very long. (I'd also like Hilda's hair style)

I'd like Frans ponytail & Mjrns bobcut with her ear Diadem/ headpiece- I think if SE doesn't intend to have viera wear hats, then they should design larger/ more elaborate styles for them to basically cancel out wanting to wear hairstyles- which they so far, have not. I think their styles are nice but too simple for what I'd imagine Viera having

I want more long hairs - and to those saying "they wouldn't want it bc clipping" that's you- I personally want long, luxurious hairstyles that look good on an adult model and not look like it belongs on a toddler. We have a majority of short hairstyles to choose from and very few long hairstyles (I agree the short hairstyles are mostly basic and anime protag)- and the ones that are long, are really just bulky, medium length hairstyles that look un brushed.
And I don't mean "too long" like down to the floor or anything, but a Fran length ponytail that doesn't have hime bangs? That would be the dream. But add one that does have fringe to satiate those that prefer anime protag hair- OR a hair that reached to the tailbone that had several different textures and not just "straight" or "somewhat wavy at the bottom"

I doubt there will be another hairstyle contest but I REALLY hope there is but it would only be considered if a huge number of players voiced their opinions on it and it MIGHT be considered.
I do not like the current contest hairstyles, they seem to appeal to those who like a child looking character they can sexualize to a degree. Cutesy side ponytails? Bedhead shaggy bob with a tiny bow in it? Pigtails? Hime bangs?

What really gets me is how any hairstyle that splits from the side or at an angle is only ever parted from the right- so that it covers the earrings- and the majority of "solo earrings" are worn on the left ear leaving them completely covered. What is the biased towards hairstyles that split from the left? Because, there are next to none. Poor or overlooked design right there.

I'm hoping Yoshi has been listening to these threads of players asking for hairstyle variety, beards & stubble as well as more NPC hairstyles & atleast a long hairstyle like Gaia's hairstyle or Yugiri's hair, Lyse's ponytail & Hilda's Ponytail
If SE would create Gaia's hairstyle, I'd only wear that
if it's 40$ on mog station, idc; I'm that desperate for Gaia's hairstyle or something similar- I just want a long hair that isn't boring & flat like every hairstyle added

But for the sake that Minfilia's white outfit was added but not her hairstyle - I'd like to think because not enough people requested her hair so SE overlooked it
Same goes for Lyse's ponytail- her red jacket outfit style was added, but not her ponytail
So, hopefully at this point or the foreseeable future, SE see's that Gaia's hairstyle is heavily requested (I speak from seeing posts about it in other hairstyle threads, twitter & reddit)

I hope too that we see male hairstyles independently added (and stubble) from those awful hairstyle entry designs

If people can continue to show support & interest for these things, I think we'll start to see them

Just wanted to add another request for more long hairstyles. In particular, as an Elezen, I would love to see Ysayle's/Myste's hairstyle.

can we get more Viera hairstyles? Preferably more shoulder length and short hair options. There are only two short hair options and they are almost the same thing.

I always wanted a hairstyle with a high bun, but let the rest of the hair fall past their shoulders. Similar to Sailor Pluto's from Sailor Moon. I think it's a hairstyle that could work on the male characters for those looking for a more wuxia look.

Some of the length could be cut but I'd want it longer than any current "long" hairstyle we have. We have only 1 long hairstyle that can be shared among everyone though & multiple medium/ short length ones

Until/unless they find a way to improve hair physics I doubt they'd add any longer hair, or long hair at all, without it looking like a static plank hanging on the character's nape.

Well regardless, they're always seeking ways to improve or better things so I won't write off the their creative abilities to give us hairstyles we request & do their best in making it work with the game

With that being said, They could just add the most requested hairstyles- one being Hilda's ponytail
