A who? Whoever they are must not be important, anemone tho, now that's clearly an important character
A2. She was the other protagonist in Nier: Automata besides 2B and 9S. I loved her long hair in the game and hated what she did with it later on. Here, let me find a picture for you.
There! Best pictures I could find of her. I know its unrealistic to even think about wanting her hair in this game because of how long it is, but I just wanted to mention it juuuuuuuust in case it could possibly happen. xD
A2 is actually one of the main protagonist of Nier Automata, alongside Pascal. She was an experimental prototype, from which later 2b and 9s' models were perfected. I would have loved to see her being part of our raids too. And I sorely miss Pascal... imagine if we could have gotten him as a mount :O But I guess if they started adding so much to YoRHa raids, it would have complicated the story far beyond what 3 raids can encompass, sadly.
I think you all missed the sarcasm of the person questioning it.
I'm confused, the hairstyle that we're getting looks to be that of 2B and 9S so what exactly is the question here?
I thought the cracks in her body were becasue she was an older model. Though, I think those details could be added if treated as gear instead of directly adding it to the character model.
It would have been cool to see A2 come out of no where and stab 2P in the chest after 2B beat her and we fought her as a boss before her becoming an ally in one of the later raids. :D
Pascal is the kid with the weird skeleton head, right? I'm actually very surprised he never appeared in the Reid's story at all since he's one of the main characters in the Nier series. That definitely would have been a cool thing to have him as a mount! Very much wasted potential right there! :O I'd also would have liked to have his head and outfit as a glamour, like 2B's.
I like your idea for A2, hahaha... Specially the stabbing of 2p :D
I think you are confusing Pascal and Emil. Pascal is the philosopher machine that runs a village of pacifist machine lifeforms, and we can play as him/her/it for some time. He can even attach turbos to his legs to fly.
Pascal:

P.S. Sorry for going off topic, everyone. I get carried away when it comes to Nier and YoRHa :)
Pascal is the machine in the game that is the leader of the peaceful machine village near the amusement park. One character I got real attached to, and the game made sure I suffered for it.
The other person you are talking about is Emil. Emil is in the first Nier, and he does show up in Automata. He has a shop you can buy stuff from, and also he has a few side quests.
Thank you! I thought A2 appearing like that would make a nice reference to how she appeared in Automata. Yeah, cus I think A2's body model could be treated 2B's butt gear we got in a way. Just sort of replacing the model parts for another that was customized with the A2 crack feature in them.
Oh yeah! Damn, it's been so long I completely forgot his name, lol! Thanks for the correction. I completely agree that would have been so cool if we got Pascal as a mount. Also a vender, as well!
Has anyone figured out how or where you unlock these hairstyles?
They drop from the new Nier raid and can be sold on the market.
Heya yeh sorry you have to go against all the people in alliance as far as I know and the chest is final boss. It also drops music rolls and a minion i think.
I am a bit sad at the lack of nice outfits also as they are not that great.
Does it drop every time or is it a rare drop? If it drops every time then it is only a matter waiting for prices to go down to avoid any stress.
Great, two more hairstyles I'll never get.
I did the raid twice and the hairstyles where there both times ^^
I just wonder how it looks on miqo'te and if the ears clip through the headband.
Ugh Meoni. If his videos weren't 5 times longer than they should be and he didn't spend the whole time fawning over his basic-looking, white-haired miqo'te, it'd be more tolerable.
Anyway for everyone else, it looks like the hairband stops just before the ears.
If you're worried that you won't be able to get the two new hairstyles then fear not, it's available on the marketboard. And with how many people are going to be running this raid into the ground, you can guarantee the prices are going to be dropping real quick.
No I think they're right.
The prices may not crash overnight but they WILL go down over time at least during the period of time the raid is active. Which will likely be for a while. They're not rare drops afterall.
Now in 6.0 when it's old content and people aren't running it actively anymore, then it might start going back up as supply dwindles down.
Doubt me all you want, but the price for 2b's hair has dropped from 25 mil all the way down to below 4 mil, and 9s's hair is already sitting at 1.5 mil on Famfrit.
It's not like Delubrum Reginae where you could potentially go 100+ runs without ever getting a glimpse of the early to rise hairstyle, it's a guaranteed drop at the end of the raid.
The new crafted primal weapons are only expensive because of the mat required from each trial. It's probably cheaper to buy the materials and find a crafter to make one, which would make the weapons and hair about even price wise. The other mats aren't expensive. That's what I usually do, though I've had to spend much less gil this expansion because GNB only got its second one today. lol The prices will drop over the next week or two regardless.
Didn't even realize there were new primal weapons. Those glowing byakko weapons are really really cool! I'll probably pick some up when they go down in price a bit.
Yeah I got the Scanning hair and it was selling for 8.8 million at first. No one bought it, of course and it was down to less than 1 million within a few hours on my server. I just kept the hair, though it looks awful on a Highlander. Definitely a hairstyle for the week, puny Midlanders and their scrawny bodies.
Dudes. The Battle-ready Bob was selling for 1.5 million. That is pretty damn damn cheap. What's up with that?
