If there was no sub fee, I might keep playing otherwise no.

I have become one of those people for whom the community is the content, and soon there will be Duty Support dungeon leveling from 15-cap, so if one were to ask me right now if this game is evergreen with or without content patches, my answer would be yes, if my contacts within the community kept it up.
It's been so very amazing for me to witness first hand what a big difference just having housing (if badly managed housing) does for the game's "stickyness!" My enjoyment of the day to day in the game is almost completely detached from "content."
If I'm not paying a sub then yeah I'll probably play it here and there for a while until a new MMO takes me away
I would want a small discount to the sub once the game was done and not being updated anymore.
It'll likely take me a few more years to finish the content I was working on from that last expansion, and then a few more years for each older expansion. I'd probably end by taking over a house that would finally be easy to get now that everybody had left, decorate it, and gpose myself in the decorated home with perfectly made glam with each class.
I'd take those pictures, some shots of favorite dungeons, the best moments of cutscenes, toss a few copies online into various cloud storages, and have them as memories latter.
Until I get everything, every single achievement, most likely yes.
After that who knows ?!!
you mean when the story is done etc etc etc.
And the game basically won't be updated anymore except perhaps bug fixes and QoL?
no idea. No MMO I've played ever reached that stage
