Can I report people for buying multiple houses?

For Ala mhigan themed housing I'm thinking of hindu inspired architecture.

For Mor Dhona, since it borders coerthas and uldah possibly a kinda renaissance architecture.

For Doma, i just included because of the wide untapped spaces at the enclave not even being used for quests, or other purposes.

There is someone on my server who goes around taking every medium/large house that gets auto-demolished by abusing 1 person FCs and relocation and the fact that FC's don't eventually disband even without the minimum number of members required to form an FC in the first place.

When the player manages to relocate into another medium/large plot they pass ownership of the previous 1 person FC to another alt then create a new FC and repeat the same process. I believe that so far they own around 3-4 wards worth of houses across multiple areas and they weren't hiding it originally as they re-used the same FC names, though I heard recently they started changing that pattern on the server.

Perhaps SE should consider completely instanced housing seriously at this point. As nice as it is having gardens that everyone can see without being instanced if the players can't access the content it will always be second rate. I use my small plot daily and would like to get into cross-breeding but only have the single gardening plot which reduces the amount of cross breeding which can occur.

Due to the way the system is abused you get monopolizers taking control of a limited resource, SE needs to re-think this because housing is clearly scuffed at the moment.

On Spriggan, there's an individual who's got two whole wards (seriously, go look if you don't believe me :p ), I reported them two months ago (and yet again, moaning at SE that they're exploiting a loophole), yet SE has done absolutely nothing about it :) Now let me state I got no issue with people having more than one house, but two whole wards? Come on, that's just not right... at the end of the day I blame SE for this.

Deflecting? Now that's a good joke. I've stated multiple times how I understand the impact of my FC's actions. You on the other hand, you are so outright dismissive of any facts that contradict your rhetoric that I'm not sure if I should laugh or feel pity.

@yshtola is it a good or a bad impact?

Sorry, but no. That's not even possible. The most FC houses an account can have on a single server is 8. Because you can only have 8 characters on a server.

A ward is 30 houses. Four wards is 120 houses. You would need 4 different accounts to have an entire ward of FC houses or 15 different accounts to hold 120 houses.

Now of course it's possible that someone has 15 accounts (the game even encourages you to put up to 8 service accounts under the same main account), but that seems very unlikely. And the monthly cost... ouch.

You say that but a certain someone who often posts in these forums is known to have several accounts, and has posted with them in the forums. And we know this because they have admitted who they are on these accounts. I have blacklisted them multiple times by now.

Unlikely isn't impossible. Some people are fortunate enough to be able to spend a great deal of money on several accounts and still keep their real life finances out of the red.

If a person has just two accounts they can get up to 18 houses (16 fc and 2 private) on one server. That's over a quarter of a ward already. As far as availability goes one player with two or more accounts can do a very noticeable amount of hoarding.

Sigh, if only we had instanced housing. Then everyone could go as nuts as they wish in peace and without having any impact on others.

Might be a group of players working together to buy out the wards but then again you never know. Some of these guys are a bit crazy when it comes to monopolizing the housing. Just want a way to upgrade my housing reliably rather than rely on RNG.

The main point I was highlighting was the fact they abuse FCs to be able to do this. FCs don't disband when there is a single member left in them though the problem is more that players are able to purchase multiple houses on the same account by creating alts on the server potentially creating a situation where they own a ward of housing individually.

Owning a ward of housing wouldn't be a problem if there were unlimited wards, since a new ward would be created when the previous ones are full but currently we don't have that so housing is limited.
