I hade the same problem I think but I succeeded in fixing it. I hade to go to the User Account Control on my computer and let it know that the mapps for the game was ok to be chaced in. Maybe that is the same problem som others have to. I am no computer wizard but I hope this will help others to!
Still not working. I've tried all fixes aside from downloading a VPN.

Unfortunately, with an issue like this, we are only able to provide connection troubleshooting for your home network. Many of you have found success with using a VPN. This can happen if you are running into a routing issue along your way to the server. A VPN will take you along a different route, avoiding the issue entirely. If this is the case, I'd suggest contacting your ISP as the issue stems from your route to the server as opposed to your home network.
