Strange, that SE Store still didn't send out a key, but if you ordered from another shop or are with Steam, you already have your CE mount.
What is the point of being directly related to SE (Store and Client, not Steam or Amazon), when your "loyalty" is being rewarded with lateness.
Next time, I’m definitely gonna buy my expansion through Amazon, having to wait and see people around with Fran and the mount is disappointing especially when your the one that purchased directly through their store and have to wait. It’s a bit ridiculous.
Well hell. Glad I checked the forums when I got into the office. Can confirm as well, Square Enix store user, no key.
Please remember everyone in NA Scalefast has total control of the store with absolutely no oversight from SE. This way SE can deny any responsibility and Scalefast can totally ignore you. It appears that all they care about is getting your money. After that you are on your own
SE store bought digital collectors edition, indeed still no key.. maybe better to buy via amazon next time also

I bought the game in the SE Store, CE, no registration code, only the pre order code shows. Clicking to show registration code only brings up instructions on how to redeem it.
I registered my pre order back in june and am currently playing the game but mogstation only shows that I registered for early access.
under "shadowbringers" it says "Buy" as if I did not buy it, but I followed instructions and there is no registration code in SE members receipt by which I could redeem my registration code.

I just F5'ed my Squenix Store page and got this when I clicked on "Unlock activation key"
"Your key is being processed and it will be available here soon or when the product is released."
Well, I can say I'm never buying an expansion from the SE store again. I did it for Heavensward with no issues, but ended up going Amazon for Stormblood.
It's less the fact that they're a few hours late, and more that there's no statement on why. If there was some kind of issue, please let us know what it is and when we can expect it to be resolved. It's vexing.
Edit: The store now claims the key is being "processed." Not much, but more than there was before.

My page is also now saying "key is being processed". Kinda mocking you with the "when the product is released" when it is you know....released but whatever. But yeah will likely go with Amazon next time ha ha.

So the SE store website is doing some crazy looping in Chrome. But works fine in Firefox. As for my full game code, I am still seeing nothing on my purchase page, which is slightly worrying. Hopefully, after work, I might see it or maybe tomorrow? @_@

I just bought a physical version of the expansion from a nearby store, waited until today. They didn't give me a an early access code either. Besides the disc it only had a 18-digit code for the square-enix-games.com site, it's registered there but not on Mog Station... I can't access the content.
I guess the physical edition just failed to mention that I gotta wait for a registration code email?
I bought the digital version on the PS4 store, but the registration for the final release product doesn't seem to have gone through. I still only have 'Shadowbringers Early Access' on the Mog Station, and no mount/minion.

There are 5 full days in which we have time to claim the code before we get locked out from SHB.
Just calm, if it doesn't work now, try again later, or tomorrow.
The codes should be sent out around 8-10am PST on July 2nd. For NA that is.
In other words, about 3-5 hours from now.
Because the reason people Pre ordered the game was to have full access to it on day of launch that includes all digital items aswell, I understand the 5 day grace eriod but that is more aimed at people who are testing the product to determine if they actually want to buy the full product.

No... you can't play this without buying the game. Anyone with early access has already paid for the game, and if they cancel their preorder now (if they somehow havent processed payment) they'll have their account banned.
The 5 day grace period, is to account for technical issues from their convoluted double key system.

not true, you can get pre order keys without purchasing the product even from physical retailers and then cancel the actual order if you find cheaper elsewhere and they wont price match.
I pre-ordered via SE's site as well and although I still don't have my code yet, the page at least went from saying nothing to saying "Your key is being processed and it will be available here soon or when the product is released." so that's at least reassuring that they didn't just forget about us.
If you make a pre-order, you will receive a pre-order code (either via email or on your reseller website. The time it takes for you to get it may vary depending on where you buy it).
This code will be shaped like this: XXXXXX-000-XXXXXX-000. This code cannot be directly redeemed on the Mog Station.
In order to get a proper code to activate on your Mog Station account, you have to "convert" that code into another here: https://redeem.finalfantasyxiv.com
Make sure to log in, enter your code, and then select the proper platform you want for your code.
Note for Steam users: Others have reported that this step is not necessary, as Steam seems to provide directly the code that can be redeemed on the Mog Station. Please be aware that this might not apply to people buying a Steam key from another reseller.
You will then be provided a code (an email will be sent to you as backup) that can be redeemed on the Mog Station under the first menu entry on the top horizontal menu. There should be a button to register the early access code.

Why SE store needs to senda keys why not make me buy from motstation and key applied instantly, other mmorpgs dont have this issues if u buy the key from the game store
Don't try to find any reasoning behind SE systems as they don't exist. It's really funny thinking that ppl who bought directly from SE store are having the problem with the key instead of let's say steam version (I don't have any problem with that ofc and not trying to downgrade ppl who play from steam) but it's really weird that ppl who play from a third party actually get what they paid for and ppl who bought from the company's store did not. This is what drives me nuts, SE doesn't give a damn about us but worry not they will see consequences later on.
I had a feeling this would happen and logged out in my house last night. I feel sorry for people who logged out in ShB areas.

Seriously though... last time for me using the SE Store. A simple: "Codes will be available from..." Info and all this confusion and borderline panic would have stopped right away.
