Dalmud is not falling guys. Its moving into firing position.

It really got into position, anyone noticed how Dalamud is not moving anymore?
It moved with Menphina before, now it just stays in the same position all night and day (southeastern sky).
We already know Hydaelyn is a normal planet in some kind of solar system, so if the moon circles at the same speed as the planet so it always is above Eorzea instead of being seen on other continents too, it means Dalamud has really "locked on" to Eorzea..o_o'

Oh wait..aren't other continents' citizens now worried, too?
They saw Dalamud growing bigger and bigger and red too and now suddenly it vanished!

I'm loving how we're all obsessed with running around gettting new and pretty gears to look fabulous in when the hurtling firey ball of death finally squishes us all.

The Closer we get to DD day for Eorzea to the more I suspect Music along these lines to be played in all Corners of Eorzea!

there have been about 514 leap years since caeser created it in 45bc.
without the extra day every 4 years, today would be past march 11 2014.

also, the mayan calendar did not account for the leap year....
so technically the world should have ended 15 months ago.

Dalamud seems to be larger in Coerthas compared to the other area's (i havent checked Mordana).

think i initially noticed it in coerthas tbh

Nope since mayan descendants even say people are off/no idea where they get that the end of the calendar meant end of world.

I thought we are talking about Eorzea doomsday, not RL doomsday, so where did the Mayans come from?:confused:
I only know of former Garleans like Cid who talked about Dalamud becoming Meteor, and by now it's pretty much confirmed we are about to get hit by it.

RL doomsday never got confirmed by anyone, there were actually about 300 days already of which people thought the world would end at but, as you can see, nope, still alive:cool:

I doubt the Garleans want to blow themselves up like that, they are only targeting Eorzea.

Actually...this isn't completely factual. The Mayans had SEVERAL calendar cycles. While we stick to the 365 / Every 4 add a day in February.

The Mayan calendar had cycles of years. With their 2 main calendars consisting of 260, and 365 days. They also calendered off cycles of planet movement, and moon movement. While it's vague some of their calendars reflected cycles not necessarily days or months like our current calendar.

Also...the fact that the calendar ends doesn't mean the end of the world. It could just mean there was something changing that made it impossible for them to calculate the future. MAYBE a planetary shift/alignment polarity change that would affect the proper further calculations until after the shift occurred...

Such things are known to happen...peeps should research it. Scientists have been studying polarity shift for years...there's large pockets that show magnetic field changes via things like magnetic rocks that have shifted poles. When the polarity begins to shift it's a gradual thing that causes an eventually cascading effect whereby at the point of no return IE take two magnets and flip their polarities...till they oppose one another...press it really hard...eventually that pressure of one or the other will force a shift. And if that happens who knows what the new angles of rotation, speed of rotation will be like...what if the earth stopped spinning...
