Acceptable performance for an old GPU, but in Task Manager, it's maxed out to 100% all the time, and runs in the 50-90 FPS range, but drops below 50 occasionally when there are lots of combat effects in the raid scenes.
Still, looking at the much higher scores with same, or lesser CPU's (Mostly Nvidia), it may be the excuse I need to buy a new GPU
Edit: Just finished upgrade to Nvidia 2070: A bit better:

Something has to bottlnecking me somewhere. With the exact same set up and resolution, I'm only hitting 11.5k on max setting with Gsync off (as it was lowering my FPS). I'm also overclocked to 5.0ghz and I even OCed my GPU by +100/+1000 and my RAM is set to 3000.
Yeah, I'm running the game between 75-105 fps (100 is my max refresh for my monitor) in game, but something feels off about my system. Had an issue a few weeks ago where my FPS was dropping to 15-20 in every game and everything was moving extremely sluggishly system-wise. Updated my bios and got a new GPU. Everything working great, but still feels like I should be able to do more with this set up.
Maybe I'll bite the bullet and try reinstalling Windows.
Got Extremely high...16.501 load time. In my case, we have no high speed internet out here, sooo..I had to find a place out of state that sold me a grandfathered in unlimited data 4G fixed wireless modem. Yes it was a lot. Then...climb on the house with an extended range cellular 4G big antenna (not cheap either and hate heights) to get over the tree line and trial and error direction by slight tiny turns until we found one tower we could use. Bolt it down on a six foot pole up there, climb off the roof, set up the modem, 4G booster, run cable, and ta da..we could play. So I love this load time...love love it. (someone bring cable, fiber, out here? Its only two miles away from where it ends) anywho...internet life finds a way...

Yes I know...I'm quite familiar, BUT I wouldn't have ANY of this to play if I would not have done that..no test, no game, so no matter how it turned out I was going to be happy because I CAN log on at all. The rest is gravy....that's what I am saying. Just glad I can play at all. I guess you misunderstood or I failed to make this clear..either way I'm really not that dumb...sheesh.
Tweaks applied, greater heights of pwnage achieved.

Anyone has an AMD card here? Vega 64? Radeon VII?
I tried a VII recently and got tons of DirectX crashes with XIV. Now I'm running a 2080 and everything is fine. Not sure why the Radeon failed so spectacularly. Lousy drivers? XIV's PC client just likes Nvidia more? Something specific to my setup? All I know is it didn't work for me.

Maximum setting (apparently not. the screenshot says My Settings so I must've changed it to NVidia's optimal settings--which suck btw). For a game that runs on toasters, I'm unable to get 60 fps minimum without dropping down to Standard (Laptop). >.> At least I have a gsync monitor so I won't notice much when my fps drops below 60. But this benchmark makes sense, because I get sub 60 fps in Eureka when there's lots of people.
