Because people posting in this thread have yet to understand what a troll is. The people that are getting butt hurt over this is funny.

Also he posted that photo because he did not like what I said so he was "crying" about what I said not laughing about what I said.

It is correct to assume he posted that picture to laugh at me. But the act of posting the picture is crying.

So to everyone that is crying/butt hurt over this post, I find it super funny.

As was posted in the RP request for server thread, RP's need to learn the difference between people trolling them and concerns about RPs.

Lastly, the fact that in earlier post you had to point out that you are a geek and not a nerd makes you a nerd.

First of all, the fact that I had to point out I was a geek was an obvious joke, and you taking it so serious just goes to show how pathetic you were.

Secondly, it's quite clear your original post that created this thread was nothing short of trolling. There was no substance whatsoever to it, pot kettle black.

Thirdly, the act of posting the picture seems quite obvious he was showing the obvious fail of your trolling in your original post.

I've never gotten why people who play MMO seem to hate rp'ers. I grew up on pen and paper RPG's and met a lot of nice people doing it, but didn't go to the RP server because my friends from XI went to Mysida.

Besaid actually has a lot of very nice people. RPing isn't my cup of tea, but it's only a few people that actively RP in /say or in /sh. Mostly it's just passing /em's that don't happen all too often. If anything, BList them and move on. Anyways. Welcome. :3

Kind helpful and friendly is my cup of tea...

I don't have the grammar or the active imagination to rp but I have found most of the roleplayers on Besaid to be charming, polite, and very accepting of players who don't rp. I love the server (^_^)b

A friend mentioned that although Besaid will be merged with another server people will still have the option to transfer to a different server. Maybe some anti-rp players could use a fresh start on an entirely new server.

This is the most discriminatory comment yet and the real heart of the matter. The moment people start drawing lines instead of appreciating individuality and respecting both similarities as well as differences, is the moment people become "bad" people.

I still don't get the hate on RPers..... and I find it funny that most of the time people think RP=Sex lol........ I was on Mysida, but I will be switching over to Balmung, I RP off and on, depending on how serious I need to be, and RPing does not mean that I start spouting out crazy crap. It could be something as simple as saying, "god I hate this place, got sand in my boots" or "hey thats my tail!"

People that RP show that they still have a healthy imagination, and this day in age of advanced graphics and stuff, that is a good thing to have.

Nothing wrong with role-playing in a role-playing game. Regardless of how much you agree with or like the term, the point of an rpg is that you are taking on the ROLES of fictional characters and PLAYING a GAME as them. The level at which you want to take on that role is completely up to you, and discriminating against that is just plain biggotry.

I swear, these forums are the number one place to go when you are feeling just a little bit too good and happy and need a nice dose of depression.
