The griffins are better light than dragons. You have options for light at level 35. People are very afraid of fighting near morbols though. I definitely want to try griffins. It's a matter of dodging AOE w/o alerting the morbols.
I was in a light party as a SAM that had north dragons. After NM, they decided that they wanted to muscle the south dragons away from another party, before that party could all arrive back from NM. So I left my party, and I helped another group spawn Louhi by switching to heals. I later got a chuckle out of the healer/ leader of that group getting herself killed running through mobs in the cave to Louhi. I didn't say anything, but I let someone else rez her.
