Got a cottage in the Goblet. Yay!

Had hopeed to get a medium since I logged out right with 3 of them available, but 1 minute in they were all gone. Only one left was a relocation that was on cooldown. Ah well.

As of a few minutes ago, Cactaur had a fair number of houses in Goblet, some in Lavender beds, and AFAIK a few in Mist. All small. Shirogane was totally sold out.

Finally I was not at work when houses were released for individual(got chance so switched our FC small to medium after 4.2) so I got small house right next to our free company and as you can see from the map my gf got house on the same line so we're more than happy right now. Sure I wanted medium/large at start(when they announced new wards will come with 4.2) but the fact that FC, mine and my gf's houses are right next to each other is so awesome! And that small house that I got was the one I was drooling over since I moved our FC to that medium house. I hope all you others who have been waiting for yours chance finally got yours as well. <3

It's variable. We had one of those this morning and it was available again 40 minutes into the housing rush, but I don't know when the relocation itself took place.

I want to say a few days, but I don't think that it is that simple. I just remember seeing a house next door to my fc house one day and then (when I noticed) it was gone. I don't know exactly when it was relinquished, but at the very least 40 minutes....could be longer.

As of 90 minutes after the servers came up there are:

0 Kugane remaining
~100 Mists remaining
~130 Lavender Beds Remaining
~280 Goblet remaining

All small.

3+ hours after servers went live....... still plenty of houses available on Zalera, even in Shirogane! (All smalls though, as far as I could tell). Tons of houses, even several mediums in Lavender Beds and literally - I am not joking - entire wards, including larges in The Goblet. It sounds like a lot of people had better luck this time (I suppose thanks to the 1 house per server rule!) but if anyone was unhappy, I'd encourage you to take a peek at Zalera. :)

So glad I planned with my FC to get their houses in goblet along side the fc house. Everyone got theirs, no issues. Everyone was super happy and excited. Thats the best feeling to see when your members are that happy. :)

I suppose when you want to be near the fc house and the fc house is in the last place most people go you've got a pretty good shot! Grats on your little village. :D Some of our members consumed a little bit more of ours too.

Logged on this morning to see if anyone had bought the plots next to my medium and still no neighbors. About 75% of my Ward is still unpurchased... all smalls. Looked at the other Wards immediately after and same story. Very few wards are at capacity. Guess the changes limiting 1 house are working as intended.

So basically the reason we didn't get house before was HOUSE FLIPPERS (buy house to sell)? Look at how many house still open EIGHT hours after maintenance.

Capacity was dramatically increased, as well. They added 1440 houses that flippers and anyone who already owns one can't buy. On a lot of servers, that let supply catch up to demand.

Overslept my alarm to wake up when servers would be back up....ran to get my plot....all gone, 6 of us planned to get 6 plots all closely located together and only two got their plots....

After I finaly had enough money to buy a small house I rushed to the mist just to see my favourite plot taken away with last minutes relocation I set my eyes on a less beautifull plot thinking I could always relocate later and waited for hours for the timer to finish when two random persons showed up telling me I should buy somwhere else and relocate here, unfortunaltly I didn't have enough money for that... well it didn't took long before those two awesome player gave me money so I could buy/relocate to this plot. Now I am finaly a proud owner of a small house in the mist, thank you Luna and Al ♥♥♥

I got my little LB's Cottage, and i'm pretty happy about it ^^ Still didnt finished decoring, but i'm doing some progress! Its 50th Plot in the 13th Ward in Lavender Beds, Behemoth server! :D Visit if you want!

Still got about a quarter of my shirogane ward up for grab...

Since people can just have one house per world now... Theres almost enough houses for the demand. If they add more Mediums and Larges would be great(though i wouldnt buy one, dunno what to do with all that space).

I was strictly an observer this time (have a personal home already), but literally all my FC mates and friends got houses, 99% getting the exact lot they wanted! Was a very successful night.

As of right now on Hyperion, Shirogane is totally sold out, LB has 58 smalls, Mist has 73 smalls, and Goblet has 216. Still plenty available, if you don't have your heart set on Shirogane.

We're a fairly busy server, so the changes do seem to be working. Some of those openings are relocations based on the prices. It'll sell out again eventually, but if you want the goblet or aren't picky you have a lot of options.

It was a massive success over on my server, people who had been waiting AGES finally got homes for themselves, and I got a dream plot in the lavender beds. Shiogane was sold out on my server last night, but my friend got a plot there, so it wasn't a complete crapfest.

Shirogane is the ONLY housing district on my server currently that is completely sold out. ALL other districts have at least smalls! It's a wonderful thing to see :)

As of right now there is about Four smalls left in the Mist on Balmung and I'd say about 10-15 smalls left in the Goblet. Everywhere else is all gone.

These plots are on timers though. One friend of mine waited 10 hours but they finally got a their plot.

Well, I'm glad everyone else gets to be happy with their houses. I guess I'll just wait another year for them to add more wards

A couple of years ago when I was still focused on another MMO, a guild member pestered me constantly to come and play this on Baldung server. A few months later when I decided to bail on the other game, he had already left and I couldn't recall the server. I let myself be auto placed on Coeurl and I am so glad.

I got my house finally. Someone logged in a few seconds before me and got the lot that I originally wanted but my new lot turned out to be great since I am right by the market board and I can teleport right to my house. Established neighbors have cool houses and I am close to the vendors too. So :)

Yesterday there was houses left in the other main cities but not mine (I am in Kugane). I put trees since I took this pic .. but the first thing I put was a garden :D

This is such a good thread - I'm happy to see people getting houses and being excited to decorate them. ^^ I already had a home (Lavender Beds plot 9) but three of my friends were planning to buy the empty plots (7, 8, 10) around me when personal housing opened. Well, two of them managed to get plots 8 and 10! The third was just barely beat out by someone, a guy who was obviously looking to be near his FC house, but they still managed to get a house in the same ward, so it was pretty successful overall! I have active neighbors now and I'll be helping to make furnishings for my friends who got houses this patch. Super stoked!

I'm in plot 38 in LB. Love that little corner of the ward, so convenient and beautiful views all around!

Me too! When I was originally relocating my house, all four plots were open but I had a hard time choosing between 8 and 9. I ended up going for the big waterfall behind my house, but 8 is lovely with the little waterfall just behind as well.

Got the plot I was aiming for. Had to change the ward I was aiming for, since I saw a couple of skulkers around the plot I was aiming for, but it worked out even better than I had hoped. A buncha friends moved nearby, and I'm next door to a friendly FC's house. :D
