Love, love, love the new Music Track! :) It has a classic Square feel to it, and as others have said evokes a bit of Chrono Cross along with some of the more interesting Final Fantasy XI music pieces. :)

Can't wait to get the Goobbue just to listen to the music! :)

This Goobbue mount BGM sounds like type of music you hear when a Smooth Jazz/R&B singer opens up their shirt on top of a hill in a windy desert just before the camera spins around them and he clenches his chest and becomes emotional... It sounds like the prelude to that. Is that a thing now? Music sucks these days.

I believe I will require a particular kind of horn to enrage my goobbue. I will expect my enraged goobbue to thereafter begin laying serious beatdown on every amaljaa, gnat, and antling in his path of destruction. There will also be a special ability once per rage mode allowing him to lift a drake into the air and hurl it at unsuspecting goats.

First thing I think of when seeing Gobbues is, "wow that is a huge bottom".

With that in mind, I have no idea what to name the Gobbue but I have a feeling that I need to be at a higher level before I can get one so I need to hurry up and level lol.

Also I love the music of course.

So this mount is only going to be available to pre 2.0 players, eh? fun. I like "Stuck with it through thick and thin" rewards :p

Aside from my nostalgia of the Goobbue face from long ago (which I still use today on occasion) I think the Goobbue mount music might be the best song in the game so far!

I named my Chocobo Mushroom. I should have named it Cinderfoot, after my XI Birdhorse.

So I'll probably play on that a little, and name my Goobbue Littlefoot.

I was entrigued at first but now.. now I know that it runs as fast as a chocobo.. personally I just don't like this idea. This is SEs way of saying 'hey look we are relevant and trendy'. I can see right through this, SE is trying really hard to justify charging monthly for this game.

He reminds me of Snorlax or maybe even Registeel, but he's probably a grass type... Choices, choices.

Tangrowth is probably of a similar size but Goobbues don't have vines. Maybe Shiftry?

My character is named after Hope from FFXIII, my chocobo is Boomerang... but I'm pretty sure my Goobbue will have to be Alexander. You know, the sitting on top of the giant stone monster bit..

I was thinking of naming mine "Tiny"

I named my Chocobo Gau because it sounds like Go and its also the name of a FF6 character but I will probably name my Goobbue Quina :p because it kinda reminds me of her or it lol
