Please make cash-shop stuff earn-able in game

Most dungeon gear is the same across all dungeons released during the patch cycle. Ala Mhigo, Temple of the Fist, and Kugane Castle all have the same gear. If there had been a second dungeon in 4.1, it would have had the same gear as Skalla. More dungeons would not mean more gear sets, because the dungeons released within the same patch always drop the same gear, and that has been the case since ARR. I’m not really sure what point you’re trying to make here.

This ain't a free to play game with those scammers tactics so the answer is no

My understanding was that the money from Mog Station is kept within mog station itself (to add more items, pay the artists, etc..)
And the reality also is that a portion of our sub money goes to other SE projects...
I guess the investors are in big part to blame.
I love some of the stuff in mog station but no way am i paying $35 or so dollars for a mount, even on "sale" i consider the items expensive
Yes i am aware the prices are closer to $25 but because it is usd for me it is around $35

I'm sure they could implement some sort of alternative currency system or even a token system similar to WoW of converting gil to crysta or vice-versa (which could also combat gil spammers to a minor degree), but I'm pretty sure there hasn't been enough economic analysis to create (let alone release) such a system without either outraging players by overcharging or continuing to maintain an overall profit from the game.

That being said, I think public statements by SE on what income from Mog Station sales go to could have a chance of increasing sales there just so people don't feel like purchases from there don't feel like such a "guilty pleasure" commodity and that the money is going toward something more positive. At least it worked for funding the creation of the EU datacenter.
