Is snowball a permanent emote?

Slightly unrelated but I was thrilled with /snowball because it was xiv's first "multiplayer" emote. As in it had some kind of animation attached to the other person aside from just a dialogue change. It would be awesome for the dev team to create more in-depth emotes like this in the future! (Anything from XI's JSE emotes where WHMs threw bandaids at people to a new /dance that if both people type it at each other then both chars go into an animation together or /carry or other nifty multi-person emotes).

Someone else posted a suggestion on making snowball usable in snow covered zones in another thread. Not sure if this is readily doable within the planned code, but the idea of having emotes that can only be used in certain zones or certain conditions like rain or while making your way through a volcano might be neat. Putting up an umbrella in the rain might be one possibility.

can sort of forgive the end of the 77+ repetitions of "xxx throws snowball at yyy" boof yaaaaaa thmp,thmpthtpthtpppp,...*evil laughter*....;
but music was best track in game ( excepting malstrom command).

Thank god this is taken out. I couldnt stand the ppl who stand there for 10mins using this emote over and over again.
