Bun Haircut vs Miqo'te

SE is just trying to reduce the overpopulation.

Oh man that is simply tragic, I'm laughing so hard right now... But the answer is simple, join the master race. Become an adorable Lalafell and look super adorable with the hair. =3

I have to laugh at some of the hairstyles people have but that is what they want so nothing to with me.

I think they could have been better but i like it they are quite pretty the drill curls, the cloud wannabe hair, the spiky chocobo tail the mullet? its all a matter of personal taste.

The drill curls drive me batty since the guys get that nice long and clean braid without the giant Aerith curls. So much better without them, I think, but to each their own.

This is why we have so many options, anyway.

They should have just sterilized them.

I feel your pain I swap back and firth between au-ra and miqo'te but the way they did the buns will keep me a dragon lady for the foreseeable future

As far as drill curls go I'd rather something like gaige's pirate head from borderlands 2 I'd post a pic but can't figure it out on phone

I was excited to try out this hairstyle as well, but was sadly disappointed the instant I looked at it. There was one Miqo'te I had seen yesterday that actually pulled the look off quite nicely. She was dressed up like an idol and honestly wish I could have taken a screenshot of her to show how nice she looked. But honestly, I agree with the majority of people here that the FFXIV developers need to make one or two new extra versions of this hairstyle, one without the buns or one with the buns behind the ears where their supposed to be. This way, every player gets the ideal version of the hairstyle that they want.

Oh these buns i laughed so much when my friend (male miqote) got that hair style and it just looked like his ears had a pair of balls xD I think the balls need to be relocated! All i can think about is ear genitalia and that is something you really dont want to think about :D

It feels to me as if the person responsible for the design did this on overtime and it was 3am, and he got this mental block that Miqo'te girls already have those ears on top, he can't possibly put anything else on top of the head, right? So he puts it to the side and happily curled up under his desk for a few hours sleep before the morning meeting.

I was messing around in character creation last night and tried this hair on Au Ra, and it looks gorgeous on them. I'm not quite sure why Miqo has to look so supremely stupid with it.

I agree. I tried this on my miq right when I logged in because I was so excited to finally have a cute hairstyle I liked.
I get to the crystal bell and all my excitement faded in an instant :(

I used a hat to hide my buns. Cute AF. Just sad it's the only way for me to use this hair :3

Now miqo'tes finnaly have make shift ears to rest their glasses on :p

Maybe you should do your own topic about your own problem which has nothing to do with this topic. We got that you were jealous of the boobs size of Miqo'te, you voiced it more than once, maybe now just do something for it to change rather than just coming here and venting your frustration about the boobs size of your character.

Im adding my voice to this, LOVE the haircut. HATE the snowballs glued on the sides of my head....like....why tho. Please SE fix this, this is hilariously bad

I'd love a version of this style with the back just down like a normal down hair do. I love how it looks front the front without the buns, the fringe is lovely! As is the length.

I tried looking at this hairstyle again on my character and I swear after the latest maintenance that the meatballs on the side of my Miqo'te's head were resized. They actually looked better for some reason to me. Though after trying to wear the hair outside of the aesthetics menu, I hearing "Meatballs, Meatballs" while walking about and staring at the back of my character's head and unfortunately had to change my hair back to my swirl curls of beauty and doom! XD

Oh god. The original is appalling! xD

This hairstyle looks so adorable on a female lalafell. How could this monstrosity have come about?

My poor miqo'te friends, I feel sad for you. Please SE, correct this hairstyle because it is ridiculous on a miqo'te as is. Move the buns, remove them, turn them into braids, anything! Balls of hair on the side of the head are just silly looking.

Miqo'te is my main race, but I'm glad I'm not one right now. This bun looks so ridiculous!! XDDD

If for some reason those buns can't be placed on place that makes sense, could we please later get another haircut that is very similar but without buns?

I actually like a lot this haircut even with the silly buns at the sides just because of how everything else looks.

The fact they put the buns on the sides for miqo'te make no sense, seeing as there's a hairstyle, no 2 hairstyles with pig tails behind the ears. One of which you can see on my profile picture.

I'll agree that it's weird the buns are on the side of the head, they could have easily put them behind the ears or lower in the back.

Though I still have a male Miqo'te alt with the hairstyle....

You know, it's kinda grown on me. . . Like, I still think it looks ridiculous, but its kinda cute for looking so bad, lol.
