At a previous Fanfest, you spoke to one of my FC members about the concept of arcanima being used through Enchanted Ink tattoos. You seemed quite taken by the idea, and even mentioned the potential for a future quest some time down the line. Any news on this? We'd still love to see it!
Why and when did the Dotharl massacre the Hotgo (Mide's tribe from the Alexander chain)?
We got a little taste of the Hotgo tribe in Alexander but only one mention of them in the Azim Steppes. Did the Hotgo have a large influence in the Azim Steppes, considering they were a target of the Dotharl, and what part did the play?
Why don't we see any Garleans using conventional firearms, like certain officers in Limsa Lominsa or Ishgard's machinists? There's a Pre-Imperial Garlean Revolver that drops in Gubal Library (Normal), but the only firearms we see are attached to other weapons, like the standard gunblade (Gaius, Nero in Stormblood, Garlean troops), a gunlance (Nael/Gilgamesh), a gunhammer (Nero in ARR), but no normal guns. Have then fallen out of favor in the Empire?
Is there any lore about Castellum Corvi in the Fringes of Gyr Abania? The NPCs just call it "the ruins of Castellum Corvi" and "what remains of it". It's a tiny little outpost, especially for Garleans who over-build everything.
Does it have anything to do with the White Raven?
What are the differences between the Raen mentioned in the character creator as coming from hidden mountain valleys and those of Sui-No-Sato? Are their ancestral homelands related to the steppe and is it safe to assume the Xaela had been the ones that drove them to the ocean or higher up?
Will we get more lore and quests involving Raen not from the Ruby Sea?
Do the Seeker tribes have social customs and culture that make them differ greatly from one another similar to the Xaela tribes of the Steppe? For example, the U tribe dwelled in the desert and hunted Sand Drakes, their lives revolved around it. We don't really know why a large amount of them are named after the animals that they are, and e didn't get to see a lot of what the M tribe were about beyond the gender disparity of their people and the Garlean occupation around them.
Is there any chance we'll see more lore that makes the tribes unique in their own ways?
A lot of attention to detail seems to have gone into the Mujikoza Theatre, will we ever get to see inside? Maybe even see the play that the Wandering Minstrel's been writing about us?
Bonus round question; we meet both actors and actresses who work at the Mujikoza and yet one of those actors is an onnagata (male actor who plays female characters). Does this mean that some of those actresses may be otokoyaku (female actor who plays male characters)?
It's stated initially that there are some connections between arcanima and ninjutsu mudras. Will we ever see that explored further, and what does it mean for magic requiring a focus to use properly?
Given the connection to Mhach in Red Mage's history, if a Red Mage were to study Black Magic, would they be able to cast without a black mage's soul crystal "heat sink", using their knowledge of venting aether through their rapier instead?
When the Garlean Empire takes over territories, they usually recruit large amounts of the local population into the army. When Ala Migho and Doma were conquered, where were their soldiers sent? Did any significant amount of Ala Mighan or Doman soldiers manage to make it through the twenty years of service and attain Garlean citizenship?
At what age to miqote keepers of the moon leave the tribe to wander? What accounts for the lack of visible male keepers? Or even male miqote in general?
In the Sirensong Sea dungeon, there is a lighthouse at the end of map. The architecture of this structure does not seem to resemblance anything we have seen so far, my question is: Who build this lighthouse?
Outside the lighthouse on a cliff (9, 18) you can see a metal vehicle (I guess?) which I believe is a Garlean airship (like those found in the Peaks (17, 20)). How come one of those airship ending up in the Sirensong Sea? Was it to find an alternative route to Eorzea?
In the Containment Bay Z1T9 after Zurvan breaks free from his prison and the party fall, we land in what looks like a wasteland. Is this wasteland Meracydia? If so, is it during the allagan invasion 5000 years ago or how Meracydia looks like now?
Why don't the Hotgo shown in-game have face paint?
How much gil would the average eorzean citizen make in the typical work week/year.
If the manacutter requires immense amounts of wind aether in an area to fly and Alexander nearly depleted the hinterlands of aether on its first activation, why can we fly the manacutter in that zone?

Wek now that hyurs and elezen can produce children with slightly pointed ears and hyurs and au ra produce children with very few scales. What would the traits of some of the other crosses be, such as an au ra and a miqo'te having a child together or an elezen and a roegadyn?
Why hasn't the House of Splendors set up trade relations with Hingashi when it seems to have enough venture capital to fund the construction of two separate cities?

There is a large aesthetic difference between 1.0/2.x era clothing and 3.x/4.x era clothing. Ala Mhigan NPCs in the Lochs wear a lot of the former. What is the lore reasoning for the relatively mundane styles of the 1.0/2.x clothing, and the more exotic/fantastical 3.x/4.x clothing?

On the Othard continent map there's a large barren area labelled The Burn - was this area once Bozja before Meteor Project?

There's been some seemingly mixed information about Dalmasca's location. The lore book places it in Ilsabard's central mountains, and that it was conquered prior to the Othardian invasion, but a couple npcs in game say that they are from Othard in the english version, but from Dalmasca in other languages?
Is there anything you can tell us about the story or crew of the Galadion who founded Limsa Lominsa? Roegadyn get all the credit, but many things around Vylbrand are named after the Galadion's Elezen crew members.
How is the transition from an Umbral Era to an Astral Era determined? The Seventh Astral Era was declared as a publicity stunt after Operation Archon, but how do scholars determine when the earlier Astral Eras begin? (e.g. Year Zero of the Sixth Astral Era)
