wow Renshi, those are some flippin' sweet XIV comics. I laughed for about an hour on the handsomely moustached lalafell strip

next time I'm on DA Ill try to remember to hunt you down and assault you with comments, like I like to do. I always like finding and chatting with fellow XIV fans on there

On a weekend, A black cat walks on the grand street.
Raised its proudest tail horizontally, taking pride in itself.
This kind of cat, is being hated for its appearance.
Dissolve into darkness, aiming to its body, many rocks throw at it.

Already got used to solitude, and prefer lives with solitude,
Being bothered by many, it always feels disturbed.
Then an arm of a young artist, picked up this cat,

“Good Evening, cute little guy. We are very much alike.”
Struggling in his holding arms, desperately pulling away and scratching.
And into an escaping path named solitude.

Chorus 1:
It ran, and it ran, it was the first time in its lifetime
To such kindliness, to such warmth, it still can’t believe it.
And while it keeps escaping, that unique person followed and chasing it.

Since that, this artist and this cat, together and passed their second winter.
This artist, named his friend, “Holy Night”, the Black Happiness”.
In his sketchbook, Almost every page is filled with black.
And for the black cat, it always sticking with its very first friend.

Then on that day...

Collapsed to the life of poverty, the cat’s naming parent falls.
Wrote down his last letter, and he said:

Chorus 2:
"Run, and run...Please go to this person."
"To the place where my lover has always been waiting the dream-searching me to come back..."

The picture of unlucky black cat never sold out any. However, he still keeps drawing me, and me only.
For that reason, his body has become cold. I, definitely accepted his letter.

On the snowy mountain path, the black cat walks.
To fulfill its passed-away friend’s promise, it held the letter with its mouth.

"Hey look! It’s devil’s emissary!" Children throw rocks at it.
It doesn’t matter what they call me. To me, it’s a name that can never be erased.

Holy Night

"Holy Night", That's what i'm called
With all the kindliness and warmth within, that’s what he called me.
To me, who is being hated by others, perhaps it has some meaning to it.
I was born just for this day, I am willing to go anywhere.
He has arrived. The hometown of his best friend. To the home of his lover, only a few kilometers away.

It ran, it tumbled, wounds are all over his body.
All stood up in his case, without any intervals, curses and violences falls on him.
"How can I lose?! I am Holy Night!" Even hands and feet were all tore apart.
Still pushing himself, and still ran. I’ve Found it! This is the house!

To the cat that can't move anymore, this lover
Added one letter to its name, and buried it at the backyard.
The Holy Knight was buried...

wow very good job. literally i am jealous, lol. i can never do anything like that. i used to draw beavis and butthead and the ninja turtles and i thought were decent. you just shut me down.........lol

From what I've experienced, what makes different each artist is not mainly the drawing skills and the effects that can give to his drawing.
What counts more is the concept of the drawing, and if you are able to transfer emotions with the drawing. And from my line of judge, drawings about Beavis and Butthead are, and will always be made of awesome!
