Character broken after first SB primal! I need help ASAP

24 hours here pretty much
no success in logging in

Is this just by using the exit, or also when you leave via the Duty Finder menu?

Glad I'm not the only one. Right after I finished first Primal and boom unexpected error and now can't even log back in because of the error.

I see... sorry to ask so many questions but I'm really curious to know the reason why we're getting the error...
I clearly remember sitting on the rocks to the left of the entrance to the trial, so it could explain it. When you get out of the duty, the game places you inside instead of on top of them. I think i'll never get in DF on top of anything anymore lol.

Thank you for reporting this I just informed my entire FC you stopped hundreds from falling to the same fate!

i was sitting on those rocks too!
but it re-logged me in some rocks underwater and freaked out until i ended up at the cutscene spot.
honestly i had been trapped for 24 hours

Well i wouldn't be surprised if after the fight, the game teleports you to the entrance. It's just bad luck wether or not you get stuck i think

I sincerely hope GMs at least try teleporting our characters as a temporary measure, I can't accept waiting several days for a patch as a solution to this problem.

And keep trying is not an option as Odin queues (only to login) are of 3000+ people meaning 2 hours just to try and not get the error.

Im locked out of the game. I can log in past the character queue but then i get 90002 error. All i did was go to help an fc mate :( Please SE what did we do to deserve this.

That's what they should do, but they won't. Several days to get a patch out that's affecting, at the very least, hundreds of people, is ridiculous.

I logged in on a friends computer and it got me in. Try that I'm bueno now.

It's not really a solution either, since it seems to be a position issue and our characters won't magically move without any action on their part.

And they've apparently stopped moving characters a few hours ago, which I can understand due to the amount of work it would imply, but you can't just promise to solve this in a few days when lots of people are simply locked out of the game, unable to even level or do past content...

I'm on Odin. And yeah, 2 hour queues... It's a joke.
I logged into my character straight into the CS after the primal. Then I thought I was okay and got the error again! Back into a 3000+ queue... Bullshit.

Same issue as everyone else and I hope it is possible to just teleport the character to a different zone? Heck I'd be totally fine with getting ported to Gridania or so. Waiting several days when I actually took days off for the early access together with a bunch of friends to experience the story together just sucks. We all looked forward to this. I could live with not being able to experience certain content but being unable to play AT ALL is infuriating.

That seems weird, since they can send people to gaol, unless that's broken too? You'd think they could at least send you to gaol for a short period of time, and that would get you 'unstuck'.

I found it odd as well but he said it was impossible and that he believed it was a connection issue. It confuses me because my connection with every other character of mine is just fine!

A friend of mine had this happen to him in Kogane and he said he flushed his dns and rebooted his computer and he got back in. Can't say it will work for everyone but just sharing the info i have

So a lot of other players got moved.... I've been stuck for 24 hours now and I wont get a chance to play Stormblood in a week when I head home.... Thanks SE -.-

The error can be a small crash. But the Susano fight leads to loss of character.

I had this problem but just now logged in ok.
