Type of Issue/Feedback: increase in latency, before migration: 140-160ms; after migration: 230-250ms. Aparently i'm also having package loss, often i try to use an ability but the commands seems ignored.
Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP): triway

A VPN will bring down the ping to about 100 and avoid the packet loss, but it's BARELY below what I get to the EU servers without any such service (about 105). I play on PC as well as PS4 (favoring PS4 when PC is rendering videos I make for a living), and the change makes it near impossible to play reliably on PS4 with no way to change routing.
Type of Issue/Feedback: Latency went up way too much after server move, from 150ms to 250ms.

Type of Issue/Feedback: I am experiencing an overall lag causing my skill weaving to be delayed, it ruins the play experience for DRG and DRK. My main class which is DRK feels sluggish and casting dark arts has become an issue. I am also not able to get my defensive skills off in time for specific attacks.
I used to get 13ms ping now i am 113-180 depending on lag spikes.
Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP): Rogers
State/Country: Ontario Canada
Date/Time: All the time since the server move
World Name: Ultros
Frequency: All the time
Tracert: https://pastebin.com/7gTxGV9p
Type of Issue/Feedback: Ping raised from ~35ms to ~100ms (25ms to 90-120 with WTFast, yes the VPN seems to make it worse sometimes).
Noticeable issues: Game feels noticeably less responsive: inputs such as movement and action selection have a split-second delay more than before. Example: Before server move, the target cursor would move as fast as I could push a button when choosing a Mini Cactpot spot or Triple Triad spot or tab-targeting. Now, I have to deliberately slow down my own button-press speed by what feels like double or risk selecting the wrong one.
Unable to double-weave OGCDs on any job without clipping GCDs anymore, except in Housing Zones (sometimes), even with relatively low skillspeed/spellspeed.
Insta-cast skills, such as Essential Dignity and Benediction sometimes do not occur. This was a rare occurance before the server move, but after it seems to happen around once per instanced content.
Macro's that involve multiple targeting lines (/ac "Cure" <mo> /ac "Cure" <self>, etc) now sometimes skip the first couple of lines or fail altogether when used at times where they worked flawlessly before (such as the moment the previous cast-bar dissapeared). This makes it significantly harder to heal in dungeons or instanced content, requiring deliberate slowness of button pressing to be effective.
Other players' movement and actions now seem to have a longer delay between when they act vs when I see them move. Example: At times where I could safely cast Nocturnal Aspected Benefic on the tank before he face-pulled aggro in dungeons now results in my pulling hate (and being unable to swap to Diurnal sect) due to the tank's actual position now being farther ahead then what my screen shows me.
Attacking while moving now has a tighter position requirement. My character (as a monk) fails to set off an attack unless one or two yalms closer to the target than before. Additionally, casting on moving targets now fail more often in similar position differences.

Type of Issue/Feedback: Severe increase in latency (30 MS average pre-server relocation to 120 MS with average spikes of 200 MS during non-primetime hours) without a VPN. Causing buffs and GCDs to be eaten by the server (even with a VPN). Random packet loss with and without a VPN has made the game unplayable.

Type of Issue/Feedback: Ping has increased from 40-55 to 88-140. It fluctuates wildly and results in packet loss rather often. With a VPN I can keep it somewhat stable around 84-98. As a NIN main with BRD/MCH being my favorite alternate jobs this has honestly made me consider quitting the game. The responsiveness it once has is completely dead and I find myself struggling to get the game activate skills and abilities.

Type of Issue/Feedback: high ping after server move resulting in noticeably degraded performance. It feels like I'm playing in molasses. VPN results in slightly increased performance but no matter what I do I can't get better than 100-110ms during peak hours. Please note I was using VPN previously to bypass level3 with roughly no ping decrease previously (just helped with the dropped packets you see in the initial tracert. I also drop packets around san jose on the new route occasionally).

Hi,
Type of Issue/Feedback:
In adition to the ping increase, I have problem with the game not "reading" weapon skills (WS)I use but still counting the Global Cooldown (GCD). For example starting a three WeaponSkill combo, If I use an oGCD (off Global Cooldown) ability and after that I use a WS, sometimes the game does not read the WS, the global cooldown still is restarted. Sometimes I can do the WS again after the GCD ends the counter, but there are also some times when the combo broke so I have to restart my 3 WS combo. I have enough accuracy, this happens also with a dummy. Frequency: Sometimes, not in every combo but sometimes per fight.
When I hit a WS in a combo, I have to wait almost half GCD until -the next WS is marked with that lines in the border of the button- or -to be able to hit any other button- and the game reads it. Frequency: Always
It's very hard to use oGCD abilities between WS without clipping my GCD WS. It's almost impossible to use 2 oGCD, so at the end my buffs will not last for the same amount of WeaponSkills like before the servers relocation. It's more noticeable with oGCD that have long animations. I am used to sometimes just use one oGCD between WS before server relocation for my high ping, but know it is more difficult and sometimes it's just not possible at all. Frequency: Always.

This is actually impacting my ability to play certain jobs properly, specifically Machinist. I can no longer use Rapidfire without clipping GCDs and my wildfires are resulting in a lot lower numbers than they used to with lower ping, to the point where I may end up playing a different job.
I have a VPN in Los Angeles that I was using previously to get around Level3 routing issues, among other things, but in this case it doesn't help and I did not have it enabled for the traceroute.

Went from an average ping of 42 to 107-120. PS4 player here so I'm unable to use VPNs or any other services to strengthen my connections.
Very sad that I'm now unable to play many of my favorite jobs anymore due to it just not registering commands.
Ping went from 30s to 100-130s more then tripled the latency and it is noticeable

Type of Issue/Feedback: Dramatic ability delay in instances compared to on the striking dummy. My play is smooth on a striking dummy, but as soon as I enter an instance, the same input from me results in "hanging" of the abilities (not executing even though nothing else is happening with the character). The abilities eventually execute, but the character visibly stands there doing nothing for noticeably long periods of time. This occurs primarily during rapid input sequences (i.e., using multiple off-GCD abilities between GCD actions, or under the buff "Rapid Fire"). This results in the same series of actions taking approximately 20% longer. Latency to the server is a constant ~95 in instance or in the overworld, so the problem is not latency related. No changes to frame rate rule out a graphical problem. Literally the only difference is that I'm in an instance.

As a quick side note, it makes me depressed to think that I can't play my favorite classes (MCH and BRD) at the level I'm used to. These classes both frequently require rapid input sequences, which is exactly when the problems I'm describing crop up. I've got no inherent problem with my new latency to server, but the fact that my experience decays so dramatically in instanced content means that, for all practical purposes, I can no longer competitively play my preferred jobs. I feel like something must be wrong with the instance servers, as many others have told me that their problems also exacerbate in instanced content. I'm feeling my excitement for Stormblood slowly drifting away...
