[NA] Has anyone's Encyclopaedia Eorzea shipped yet?

I ordered on Oct 17. It was not pre-order but adding to cart (but listed December 2017 as a date). It just said it was validated and paid in full by 10:04 PDT. It still has not started for delivery.

from experience, they will charge you for delivery and then actually ship it out on day 4 (well 5 really see below)

This has happened to me everytime (even with next day air). Then when you get an email saying it has been shipped...just rememeber it really hasn't....its being shipped out the next day.

Their shipping communication process is very odd and very antiquated and based on the speeds of the handling of the shipments i really dont think they have a large employment staff in Knoxville, TN. I'm guessing maybe 4 people in charge of shipping.

(I used to work in a similar situation with a national store and we dealt with thousands of orders on a skeleton crew)

The moogle blanket I got at the same time did receive this treatment. However the lore book is just... not yet. Hitting day 10 at this point.

I received mine on the 25th after it shipped from Nashville, TN on the 21st. I know that I ordered it monday afternoon about 1240 pm EST (go business meetings), and that was the time frame that I dealt with so hopefully this is somewhat helpful.

I received my order confirmation email at 1:13pm on Oct 17. I have yet to get a shipping email about the Lore Book, although I did get one about my art book a few days before I received it. My fear is I got shunted back to the second wave orders when I clearly ordered the original printing. And yeah I know, first world problems, but after the merch line fiasco and not even being able to attempt to get it in person, this just grates.

Has anyone else not gotten a shipping number/their package after ordering on the 17th? I ordered the lore book and the calendar within the first hour it was released and while on the square enix store says the delivery status is "shipped" and my card got charged, I still haven't gotten my package or a shipping number from them. I also live <1 hour away from their distribution center so I don't understand why the squeenix store says it's been shipped and it's not in my hands yet...

I finally got an email with a tracking number, but according to that it is ready to process as of Sunday 10/30, and has yet to actually, y'know, ship out. No estimated arrival date that I see. So maybe the same for yours? They seem to be slow with the emails.

Came home the first day the book went on sale, only to find that it sold out very quickly. Got onto the waiting list for the second run. When I got an email saying they were taking orders for the second run, I immediately got on and ordered one.

It arrived today. Woohoo!

I did the same thing and paid for the 2-5 day shipping however, mine has not shown up nor have I gotten a tracking email. I was begining to wonder if SE is faking the "Shipped" status of the second round of lore books glad to know someone has gotten theirs.

Same. I swore the email I got after being on the waitlist said 2nd printing wouldn't be until late November. However I ordered and the next day its status listed as shipped? No tracking number here either but if someone else did the same thing and got it, at least I know its probably in bound.

I got an email when it shipped, complete with a USPS tracking number. That was late last week. On Saturday the USPS page updated to show delivery day for today (31 Oct) and sure enough, it was in my mailbox. Hopefully y'all will get years soon!

Ordered during the 2 day window for those on the wait list. No dice on shipping for me yet.

Yes I ordered from the same 48 hour window and somewhat expected them to be shipped in November until the status changed to shipped so quickly. In my opinion if they haven't really shipped this would feel like a giant tease because I am looking forward to my lore book with each and every day.

Ordered the moment I got the email for the waitlist. Status has said "shipped" since the following morning when I looked again but no tracking info and hasn't arrived yet.

Paid extra for that fancy 2-5 day shipping too. Day 5, misusing the weekend is tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

Agreed. Keep us posted. I did not do the shorter shipping so I wouldn't expect mine to be here until late this week early next week when I take the weekend into account but again, no tracking number so hopefully this isn't just some miscommunication.

I'll deff keep everyone posted on whether the second print shows up here at least xD

Mine changed to "Shipped" on October 25th but I still haven't received it and it still says "Shipped" on the status. I chose 2-5 day shipping. Anyone else still having this happen to them?

Same here, but I did super savings shipping. I ordered another item since I had reward points for something and that item shipped, followed by an email giving a tracking number two days later. I'm guessing the books aren't out yet.

It's week 3 and after ordering on the day it was released, (Oct 17th) I still don't have my Lore book and calendar yet and I have no idea when/if it'll ship. I haven't gotten any updates besides the generic reply from the square enix store and honestly, I'm really disappointed with how they're handling this.

I ordered mine 10/30 and didn't get any email about it being shipped yet

So I ordered a lore book and a calendar on October 17th and I finally got both my items, in two different shipments. I'm in the USA and I used the cheapest shipping available.

The lore book arrived 10-29-16. It was in a huge box, so when I opened it I thought it would include both the book and calendar that I ordered at the same time, but nope. Just a bunch of wasted space in the box around the book. Shot off an email to SE store customer service, got an email confirming the calendar would ship seperately, and the next day I got a tracking # for it.

The calendar arrived 11-07-16, in a much smaller box (if you can call it a box. More like a couple of cardboard pieces held together with packing tape).

The lore book is fantastic, my only gripe is the extremely tiny print, its going to be murder on some reader's eyes with such a small font. Its a shame there isnt a Kindle/ebook version of this so the reader could adjust the font size. (Suggestion: sell an ereader version of this for like around $20 and include the minion code with it. Then people could get their lore fix, minion, SE could still make money without having to worry about a lack of physical stock or an excess of unsold physical stock).

Ordered mine on 10-25-16 an status is saying shipped but no confirmation email of book being shipped with a tracking number. Taking it to support.

I ordered mine on October, 26, still haven't gotten it yet. I haven't gotten a tracking number yet either...
It came up on my credit card as paid for though, so...Yeah... :-B

Ive got one that tops them all.I ordered mine on oct 26.also.I was checking on it.It says shipped,problem is they got my address numbers mixed up so its going to an address that doesnt exist.So i contacted square store and they told me i cant fix the address that ive got to wait for a tracking number to request they keep it at my post office wich i havent gotten.Has anyone gotten a tracking number?Does anyone know what carrier they use for super saver?

the status says validated( ordered when I got the waiting list email) but when I look at the delivery status it says shipped, like so has it been shipped or still hasn't been shipped? I'm confused

Validated, but still has yet to be marked as shipped. Their warehouse ppl are likely cursing under their breath, between the lore book and prepping all the FFXV I Don't Like Money Editions to ship out this month.

Checked on the store page for the book and saw this was added:

Checked my order today, says it been shipped but no tracking ID has been emailed to me. However, I was on a waiting list for the next shipment to come in and when I got the email it said that they are taking orders for the next shipment and wouldn't be until the end of Nov that they'd be shipping the 2nd print. I ordered my copy back on Oct. 26th.

Ditto. Now I am just going to assume we'll get our books in December when they ship the 2nd round.

The Book is most definitely worth it! I really hope they don't push it back more... I might just cry if we don't see it until the middle of Dec.

I must've gotten lucky. Ordered one October 25th, and it arrived a few weeks ago. o_o

Looking at my e-mail history, I ordered it on 10/25 and on the 28th, I got an e-mail saying it had been shipped, which included tracking information. It arrived only a few days later.

Mkay, so safe to say that unless we got an email saying it shipped and a tracking number, the book has not shipped.

I am in the exact same boat as you it has said Shipped from the 26th I ordered it with the "Wait List" link for the second shipment paid for 2-5 day shipping. Now if the email is correct it says they are supposed to ship at the end of November so if I don't have it in my hands by the 5th of December I'll be pretty peeved. I think if they push the shipment date back any further for those of us whom ordered from that link and paid special shipping we should at the very least be given some kind of compensation for the extra wait.

Well.. the end of November is gone and the status of my October 26th Waiting List order placement is still listed as shipped and no tracking number has been sent to my email.. What gives? I'd really like to have this as reading material when my family and I drive to California for Christmas.
