Mount Suggestion - Morbol!

If we get a morbol mount, please to be like FFXIV not that MONSTROSITY of XI

I doubt they'd go out of their way to port over a horrifically dated model, when they already have the existing assets working in the current game. I think we're safe! :p


Also, I say: Morbol beast tribe acquisition or bust!

Problem is ... I barely ever use my non-flying mounts. Even If I was to have it, it just be a collection item, nothing more. Even my beloved Chocobos are just bench warmers now, the 7 flying extreme mounts are AWESOME. You can fly and swim in SB too, so they should add all round mounts from here on, to be practical, land, sea, sky ...

They are a swamp plant, so the swimming shouldnt be a problem at all. And Flying was covered by other posts earlier. So its THE BEST mount of them all.

This mount really needs to be a thing, complete with the attack buttons (forward cone breath, ball of disease to target location, wriggly tentacles like the Aurum Vale boss).

Meh why not... It would be a prety cool mount imo.

Also they are a kind of icon in the game, more so then some of the mounts out there. FF14 has always been a bit of an FF14 zoo for me, bits from all the games in there and with this Omega raid being like a 30th anniversary thing I think now is a great time to put it in

How should this thing drop? Dungeon award, fate one, raid, buy with in game gil? Or maybe an achievement award?

Dont think it could be contributed that easy ingame as there are no related beast tribes yet. Im fine with 20$ on mog-station. SE seems to put more and more items just there.

however, an extra ingame event would be cool.

..... Come on SE, I have been a good boy. I still sub if I don't play for a short time due to boredom, I don't kick lalafells or pull the tails of miqo'tes. All I want are two things. A bit of work on dark knight for my fellow tank bros and bro'ettes who play it and a morbol, a mount for all the people of Eorzea. I mean what a majestic creature it is and some would even be will to pay real world money for this.

I know it's a bit late for this but, it would be a nice Christmas thing to do.... Even though Christmas has well and truly gone

After a strange bear and a flying elephant theres no reason anymore to not have this. This game needs a morbol mount =)

Ok, squeenix. I have been patient, I have been good. Please gets this morbol mount thing sorted and put in game. I mean, there is a motorbike now I hear. Last time I looked there were no motorbikes mentioned anywhere in the game so yea... Please?

We have flying T-Rexes and Elephants at this point, and people come up with logic explanations as to why Morbols might be able to fly ;)

I want this please! Plus more housing items and a house skin and clothing. I want a morbol hoodie!

I'd also like more exotic mount offerings.

I still want a hydra mount, and a pterosaur and a brachiosaur to round out the stereotypical dinosaur collection would be good, too.

Morbol mount
Then more dinosaurs
Maybe another 2 man mount? Or a four man to transport a small group? Not that you need to but for the hell of it

Honestly shocked we haven't gotten a morbol in any kind of form but have gotten the Goobue mount and also a reskinned version of it for the Eldthurs mount in Eureka Pyros.

Would love to see one scaled to the same size as the Goobue if possible, maybe have the same sitting animation as the Goobue too.

It's gonna be in the game and based on the music used for it, it's gonna be a mount through Blue Mage, probably Masked Carnival.

Yoshi-P also stated "It's a rare one, good luck"

If I had to guess, it might be a reward from another difficult carnivale achievement.

Perfect Blue wasn't that bad, though.

If that's true, totally called them slapping a mount behind BLU Carnival to try and spike activity. Then again, that was fairly predictable.

They did state from the Masked Carnival's creation that was the idea.

I wonder how can we get Marbol and that Gorila ( because the Pig is probably on Tribe Quest ). I hope it's not a Mogstation stuff or Insane Achievment farm.
