Work as a team and work with other people in your FC. your server, your friends who have other crafts.

You don't have any? MAKE SOME. We have a core of probably 5-8 friends working together to craft each other what we need. Each person sells their 'specialist' items on the boards. One person today already made over 45million gil.

Just something you don't like doesn't mean others feel the same... actually they are probably just more quiet because they are making money ... but meh... just my two cents lol

If person A took the time to gear up 3 alts with all specialists and is making more money than Person B-Z then you pat him on the back and say 'Good job on all the work you put into this! You deserve to make more gil than B-Z.'
