I’ll enjoy the world in general, the musics and play with my friends. Hards primals fights like ravana or thordan are always an achievement and I’ll like to beat them and be able to farm after.
There are so many things to do: leveling up classes, raiding, crafting, make money, gold saucer, hunting, diadem…
I wish I had more time to play.
PEEPING TOM
TANKING!!!!
Good question and been thinking about this for a while since I saw this thread around... but y'know, I'm not sure anything still makes me happy in-game. Idk. :/
My lala friends on Lamia congregating randomly :)

Hard trials and raids.
The feeling when you clear them makes it worth all the trouble.
free stuff and Christmas is coming don't forget my gift.
Seasonal events, gathering, good yields from gathering, fishing, a lot of the quests, and finding a new piece of gear that looks good and immediately inspires me to come up with a new glamour (as the Void Ark coat of Striking inspired me to make a succubus look!) :D
Although I dislike the structure for the Anima quests, it's currently making the servers seem more active by bringing people out of their dungeons to fate grind which I like in mass groups!
Caught this while flying in the zones :)

People not kicking me out of a dungeon for healing everyone because they want me to do more than heal
My friends and FC. Absolute best! <3
EX primals with friends. We take it seriously as far as playing our best and going for efficient, perfect runs - but - it's all jokes and good times - especially when someone falls off Levi's boat or out of bounds in Titan. It's just so much fun doing EX primals and arguably more fun if it somehow almost goes FUBAR. EX primals in general are the most fun I have had in game.
These days, I think it's only those two things.
Edit: Oh, and the very rare moments I play in DF or PF and meet non-uptight people. I'm really not sure I remember the last time.
Ooooo someone brought the thread back up :)

My current favourite 4 things in a pic and what makes me happy:
- Idling in Idyllshire (Socialising and just relaxing, watching people run about)
- My FC
- PVP (ADS node & gear from it)
- Being a Lalafell
- Glamour
- Cute minions
- Tanking
- Achievements
- Playing with friends
I love every aspect of the lore and story, the game is filled with great characters and interesting little stories, especially in Heavensward. Looking forward to learning more about the world in 3.2.
Also, my FC :D
Scantily clad femroes glistening in the rain, yummy!
Only things that make me happy in this game:
1. LBR, love the show and always full of laughs.
2. The LBRmy, because they consist of some of the most fun and creative community of people I've came across in any game.
3. Miquote Fem Glam, because they too shmexy.
4. The Hope that with Diadem, SE is looking towards FFXI to draw content from.
5. MCH - Because who doesn't love using a freaking gun.
.... Other then that the game is frankly a disappointment to me and brings me very little to no joy.
• Tanking dungeons where everything goes off without a hitch, noone pulling for me, everyone attacking my target etc.
• Making a high-quality item, the RNG gods smiling down on me, at least for the moment.
• Having all my skills - especially my crafting skills - balanced. I still have to get weaving, goldsmithing, and alchemy to 15, but I'll get there eventually.
Seeing every person pull their weight in the DF
Writing my Fanfic.
And in game, pretty much everything. I have way too much fun leveling/gearing my character at the most basic level.
Glamour and my Progress in the new Relic questline :D
Crafting is alot of fun too though atlast as long as hasty-touch is cooperative lol
The story, helping new people in game, making friends, and crushing my enemies. Seeing them driven before me and hearing the lamentations of their women. That is just a few things that make me happy.( ̄▽+ ̄*)
My Character. I`ve never been so proud of how good one of my Characters look. I have a crush on Alexander i swear.
Lately I enjoy playing NIN again :)
Also, my house. It's been close to 2 weeks now since I last did something useful ingame other than staring at my house, decorating my house, taking screenshots of my house, inviting people to stare at my house, and so on....xD
It's such an incredible source of joy for me :o
The tears of butthurt elitists getting their own words thrown back in their faces
Reading the forums.... just brightens my frickin day!!!!!
- FLYING!
- Helping new ppl out (they are always so thankful, that's just too cute!)
- Taking screenshots of my chars
- cute lalafell and badass femroes <3
- Communication in df
- Healing
- getting new gear for glamour
- my fc house
- doing silly stuff with my mates like running brayfolx in starter stuff
- nice weather bc screenshots yay!
- mount music
Mostly progress and reaching goals like clearing tough savage stuff, finishing long grinds, long time achievements with titles..
My best bro used to make me happy...until he took a laser lance to the chest.
Besides that, I've found FATE grinding with people to be pretty fun. It doesn't have the pressure of trying to make a party beforehand like in dungeons and trials- you join, stay as long as you need to, bounce out, and if you're too shy or nervous, you don't really need to speak with everyone. But I do try to talk with everyone who joins to keep the whole thing from getting boring.
AND VOID ARK. Maybe after like...six weeks it'll go stale, but the sheer amount of people you're running with is like...wow!
After playing WoW for 10 years? Playing an MMO that actually feels like an MMO should. The world feels "alive" with people actively out and about doing things in pretty much any given zone, whether leveling an alt/job or just murdering the bejeezus out of some A/S rank that was unlucky enough to spawn.
And what they've done with the graphics is just gorgeous, I never ceased to be amazed by the little things like lighting in certain areas, or little touches like the character actually being wet when wading in water. All without slowing my laptop down.
I love my chocobo, and I love the cut scenes and weather in this game. Beautifully done.
Lightning gear on Hyureans.
The Anima questline (and the Zodiac one before it).

I love how FF changes the housing areas for different seasonal events! Hoping to read more happy posts :)
I like to help out with free melds for people when I have free time or am getting ready to go to bed, and every so often someone will send me a nice tell about how they really appreciate that I'm offering help. And even though I say melds are free sometimes I still do get tips! Its nice to be appreciated and help out at the same time. =w=
Au Ra guys.

And finding the right color scheme because I OBSESS over color coordination and not being top/bottom heavy with my glamours.
Mechanics that are more than just DPS checks.
When me and the tank have amazing synergy and we absolutely destroy things together in tandem with two competent DPS.
Mostly, I like how the grame progress, how the characters becomes more and more strong. I remember when I had 4000 HP as tank at the beggining, and said "wow, that's great". Now I have 25000 Hp. I said deal 1000 damage was fucking awesome, now you deal 4000+. I like see how the characters improve.
And, of course, the awesome story, plus the trials/dungeons in it. Ultima, Bahamut, Thordan, Sephirot. The Alexader, Crystal Tower, Aetherochemical Research Facility, the Coil.
Just awesome.
I wish more people did that kind of thing, it would lift the community so much. One thing I like to be able to do, and I don't get to do it that often (because someone else beats me to it) is make complete starting gear sets (HQ) for a new player who joins my FC. I mean, HQing anything sub level 20 is easy, bordering on trivial, and HQ gear is so much better than the generic gear you get. People are thankful, and that is good, but it also make them feel good about the community, it makes me feel good, and hopefully they will retain that experience in future and do the same thing them self one day.
Note to Self: check the date on the post you reply to when someone necro-posts a topic....Ah well, reply still stands.
